Sign in to reviewKim’s attitude was poor. Just because I hesitated about what length I wanted, she became impatient. She worked very quickly, it looked like she was in a rush.My service was 1 h15min, but she finished it in about 45min.If the result had been good, I would acknowledge that she is skilled and fast. However, before polished the color, she did not properly clean or prep my nails. As a result, almost every nail has small bubbles or white spots. ⸻ In my opinion, she honestly does not know how to do builder gel. After confirming my nail length, she simply clipped the nails once with a nail clipper without shaping them first. Then she applied a thick layer of builder gel very casually. The surface was uneven, after curing the builder gel did she start shaping the nails. Then she used excessive filing to forcibly smooth out the surface and correct the structure. This is completely different from the builder gel process I have experienced many times before. Every previous nail technician I’ve gone to shaped the nails first before applying builder gel. After the structure was built, the shape was already clean and refined — there was no need to reshape the nail again. Even without color, the structure alone looked smooth and balanced. One of the most important parts of builder gel is flipping the hand over to build and refine the apex properly. She did not do that either. She tried to justify it by saying everyone has a different way of doing nails. But this is not about “different methods.” She simply does not know how to build structure and is relying on heavy filing afterward to compensate.
Thy did such an amazing job on my nails! It was my first time ever getting them done and she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Everything was clean, she was gentle, and you can really tell she cares about her work. I also loved chatting with her, it made the whole appointment feel so easy and fun. Definitely coming back!
I was very nervous because I got acrylics for the first time elsewhere and they had started popping off, but the staff was great and explained the differences between certain types of nail extensions. They took a lot of care in shaping my nails and double checked with me at every step. I feel a lot more comfortable and have cute nails, would definitely recommend!
I wanted something cute and girly for my Vegas trip this weekend. I’ve been going here to see Trisha for years, and oh my goodness, she did it again!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me, Trisha, my Gel-X queen!!! 💞✨ If you’re looking for elaborate designs, ask for Trisha :)
While this salon looks beautiful on the inside, the treatment I received was unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful. I paid a premium price for a pink acrylic set with clear gel, but the quality is awful and it has only been 7 days and the nails are already lifting. The most important thing this salon needs to realize is that I understood every word that was said about me. I have a nail that is not flat due to a previous injury, and the technician spoke about me in her own language, calling my nail "ugly" and complaining about having to work on it. She clearly assumed I didn't understand her, but I understood everything. On top of the insults, she actually took a photo of my injured nail on her personal phone to mock it, which is a massive violation of privacy and professional ethics. I was also pushed off to someone else for a pedicure because she "didn't want to be bothered," and that rushed, lazy attitude is reflected in the flawed work I'm left with. To the management: you should be ashamed of how your staff treats people with physical injuries. You never know who understands your language. Save your money and go elsewhere to a place that provides quality work and basic human decency.
