I have been a client of DeNise's for over ten years. She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body. I feel comfortable when I am on the massage table with her as the therapist. I give this review a five star rating with no hesitation. Her deep tissue skills will amaze anyone who is on the receiving end. Initially, I had a pinched nerve along my neck and shoulder area. She was able to identify the cause and I didn't need the surgery that had once been recommended by a physician. I am a client for life. I can't wait to go to her new location.
My sister purchased a massage as a gift for my birthday from Denise on groupon. Not only was she not very professional but canceled a appointment I made with her. Then wouldn't respond when I tried to text and reschedule. ,
Absolutely excruciating to listen to the message rather than speaking with the sole owner of this establishment. After listening to the long message, I realized I must leave a message and wait for a return phone call. My friends are coming from two different states, and the appointment that was made, couldn't be found.My friend asked how she could work this out, and the sole owner said, there is no way to accommodate them. I am so disappointed as a citizen of Dallas Texas, I really hoped that their experience would be better. Unfortunately, before they even arrive, they are met with apathetic and unaccommodating people, namely the owner of KNot A spa. How embarrassing! Before my friends even get here, they already hate Dallas Texas. Shame on this "sole owner" for making my friend feel this way, even if she could not accommodate us, be understanding of the fact that we lose money and a girls day which we were looking forward to! She could've made the blow easier, as we purchased a groupon and cannot get on our money back! I'm disgusted!
D'Nice is an excellent massage therapist. I had deep tissue massage, she worked and stretched my muscles very well. Definitely will return.
