Koi Therapy Center is listed on FindALoco in New Orleans, LA with address, phone, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Massage Spa.

Koi Therapy Center is a massage spa at 531 Bienville St in New Orleans, Louisiana, in a convenient spot near Bourbon Street while set away from some of the surrounding bustle. Visitors describe the shop as spacious and clean, and say it can be a welcome place to pause after a long day exploring the city on foot. The signage may be easy to miss, so check the address as you make your way there. Whether you are visiting New Orleans or are nearby, Koi Therapy Center offers a place to seek a massage and take a break from a busy day.

Foot massage is the service most clearly highlighted in customer feedback. Several guests came in after walking around New Orleans and appreciated having a chance to rest their feet. Reviews differ on the pressure and experience: one visitor praised a 50-minute massage for its intentional, non-repetitive approach and comfortable pressure, while another felt the touch was very gentle. One reviewer specifically recommended the foot massage but was less satisfied with work on the scalp, shoulders, and hands. If you have a particular preference for pressure or areas to focus on, sharing it clearly before the session may help set expectations.

Guests also mention friendly staff and an inviting, clean space. Experiences are not identical, and some reviewers noted that staff speak limited English, so it can be useful to confirm what you want before beginning. A few customers mentioned being asked about extending or adding to their service. If you have a firm budget, time limit, or specific needs, confirm the service and price in advance; you can decide whether any suggested additions suit you. This is a practical way to make the visit align with your plans.

Koi Therapy Center is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., according to its listed hours. That schedule may make it an option after sightseeing or in the evening, though the surrounding area can be lively at night; one guest suggested bringing headphones to block out nearby noise. The business has a 4.0 rating from 9 reviews, reflecting a range of individual experiences rather than a guarantee of a particular result. For travelers, nearby visitors, or anyone looking for a foot massage after a long walk, Koi Therapy Center is a convenient New Orleans stop. Consider confirming your preferred massage, pressure, duration, and total cost before you start.

Koi Therapy is a spacious and clean massage shop, conveniently located away from the bustle but still nearby Bourbon street. It's worth the stop after a long day of walking around the city. The signage isn't big so it's easy to miss on maps. The staff at Koi Therapy speak very limited English but were still welcoming. We went in for a 30min foot massage, but the staff convinced us to do 20min per foot with added charge, which was fine by us because of the transparent pricing. They prefer cash but do accept credit card. I will say the hustle of the staff in many of the NOLA shops are real - theyll try and give extra shoulder massages and add on times so be very clear from the beginning about what you want and advocate for yourself if you're coming with a limited budget. Although it was quiet in the shop when we visited at 4pm, I was impressed that staff do knead into your muscles and hit all the right spots; they clearly know what they're doing. They finished off our foot massages with hot stones & it was heaven. The massage beds are also very comfortable that you could easily fall asleep. Do yourself and your body and stop by!

I liked the foot massage only. The scalp, shoulder and hands was very bad. Long nails scratched my neck. I'd recommend for foot massage only.

Did the 50 minute one because she was so good. Not repetitive, felt very intentional and perfect pressure. If coming at night, I suggest bringing headphones though to block out the drunksters. …

Everyone was very sweet and the massage was amazing! If you have a strict budget or needs, be sure to confirm them before you get started because they are so good, the upsell was totally welcomed! Recommend. Will return the next time I’m in town.
