It offers a place to enjoy boba tea and a sweet snack, whether you are stopping by for a refreshing drink, meeting a friend, or looking for a relaxed spot to sit for a while. Customer feedback highlights customizable tea orders, chewy boba, and croffles as reasons to visit. The shop has a 4.2-star rating from 292 reviews, giving visitors a useful snapshot of other customers’ experiences while leaving room to decide which drink or treat suits their own taste.

The drinks mentioned by customers include strawberry milk tea and taro milk tea. Reviewers describe both as refreshing, with flavorful, chewy boba, and one customer said their tea was made just the way they requested. If you enjoy choosing among different combinations, customers have noted that the menu includes plenty of options. For someone new to boba or unsure where to start, the menu may take a little exploring: one first-time visitor wished for more guidance when asking for a simple recommendation. If you want help choosing, asking specific questions about flavors and combinations may make it easier to find a drink you will enjoy.

Croffles are another customer favorite and make a natural companion to a milk tea. The shop is also described as cute, with fun decor and themed details. That combination of drinks, a baked treat, and a casual setting can work well for a low-key catch-up, a quick snack, or a study break. Customers have mentioned using the shop as a place to work or study, though seating and outlets may matter: one review noted that there is only one study table with an outlet and that other tables do not have outlets.

Service experiences vary in the reviews. Some customers describe quick, friendly help and appreciate staff answering questions and preparing drinks to order; others wanted clearer recommendations or more attentive service. If you are visiting for the first time, you can explain what flavors you like or ask about the menu before ordering. Great study spot and great boba and croffles. Best croffle I’ve had in Arizona so far tastes just like ones in Asia Only downside is they only have one study table with an outlet so you have to be lucky and get that table. The other tables don’t have outlets and they won’t let you use the ones on the opposite wall since having a cord in the hallway is a safety hazard. If they got more outlets or power strips it would be 5 stars.

This was our first time here and we will be back! Kai helped us and answered all of our questions. Quick and friendly service. The tea was made perfect to my order and the croaffle was absolutely delicious.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. As a first-time customer, I told the employee that I was looking for something simple and asked for recommendations. Instead of receiving any guidance or explanation of the menu, I felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. For a shop with so many options, a little customer service would have gone a long way. The boba itself was also not great. The pearls seemed overcooked and were falling apart instead of having the chewy texture that good boba should have. After reading other reviews, I can see that many people have had positive experiences here, which is why I was surprised by my visit. Between the lack of helpful service and the poor quality of the boba I received, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. I hope this was just an off day, but based on my experience, there are other boba shops in the area that provide a much better first impression

Cute shop with fun decor. Lots of options for different combinations and the chips are cute and go along with the theme. Would be a nice spot to sit and do work. Two girls working and I'm guessing the guy sitting was also an employee. When we are the only people in a place I guess I expect better service as far as a smile and maybe a little conversation.... redirected when I have 2 kids who are excited for their boba treat. It was an easy customer service moment that was missed
