I am extremely disappointed with this nail salon’s customer service and failure to honor its own policy. I had my nails done and immediately felt something wasn’t right. The nails looked overly thick, bulky, and uneven. After showing them to multiple people, I was repeatedly told that the nails needed to be fixed and did not look professionally done. That confirmed my concerns, so I contacted the salon within the timeframe stated in their policy. The salon’s policy clearly states that if a customer is not satisfied, the service will be redone within 3 days. Despite reaching out within that period and providing photos, the salon refused to fix the issues with my nails. A guarantee means nothing if a business refuses to honor it when a customer has a legitimate concern. The photos speak for themselves. The nails are noticeably thick and poorly shaped, yet instead of standing behind their work, the salon chose not to honor the policy they advertise. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted them to correct the work and honor their 3-day satisfaction guarantee. Good customer service means addressing concerns and standing behind your work, not dismissing them. Unfortunately, because of the poor workmanship and even worse customer service, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others.

i followed katie to krystal nail spa from her last salon and she never disappoints! she is a great nail tech and i’ve never had a bad experience. the nail spa itself is nice, spacious, and clean with prices comparable to the area.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Zoe over a year now, and honestly, she’s one of the best nail techs in the DMV to me. She truly takes her time and puts so much care into every set. Zoe always makes sure the design, colors, and overall quality are perfect—she’ll try different colors and designs, ask for my feedback, and redo anything until it’s exactly what I want. My nails last incredibly long, sometimes one to two months, without lifting or breaking. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about nails, Zoe is the one. Highly recommend her 💖

I am beyond frustrated with the service and management at this salon. Two weeks ago I got a full Gel-X set. Within just two days my nails started breaking. Over the following two weeks I had to return five times for repairs as multiple nails continued to snap off. This morning while I was simply washing my hands yet another nail fell off. I went back today to have the old set removed and a new one applied. Even though I had already paid for a failing set, I was charged again for a fresh set with beauty material. I showed the technician photos of the exact shape and design I wanted, but he completely ignored my requests and did whatever he wanted. The result is a total mess every nail is a different shape and the design is completely ruined. When I contacted the owner to resolve this his response was “I don’t care. If you’re upset there’s nothing you can do go to another salon.” This business lacks basic technical skill and has zero regard for customer satisfaction. Save your money and energy go somewhere that actually values your time and provides quality work.
