Went to this place for the first time after seeing some recommendations for it! They were so sweet and nice. Let me know they just took over this location 4 months ago and have been working toward quality over quantity, so they will turn you away if you do not have an appt and they do not feel they have enough time to take care of you without rushing. I came in with an inspo Pic but asked for another color to be added and they gladly accepted. She asked how I liked the color combo before placing to make sure I was happy! The details were top notch as well. I will definitely be back! 10/10

I came in brand new, with a set from another establishment. I choose to remove my acrylic set and go with gel x. They came out beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing. They didn't rush to get more people in, so that was very nice. Also got a pedicure, their chairs are so nice. You can actually feel the massage, toes came out perfect. My daughter got a set of gel x as well and He did such a good job on her design. We are both so happy. I sent my other daughter's in the next day and they both came home very pleased. Their nails are also super cute! We have definitely found our new nail salon.

Annie exceeded all of my expectations! I came in with a vision for my nail design, and she brought it to life even better than I imagined. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. She’s incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely cares about making her clients feel comfortable. Not only is she easy to talk to and down-to-earth, but her artistry speaks for itself. The lines are so clean, the colors are vibrant, and every nail was hand-painted with so much precision. I had found this place after looking for a nail salon that actually does gel x and can also do cute designs. I ended up going in a couple weeks ago for my birthday nails and prior to my appointment double checked they could do the design i requested. Communication was very smooth as well as my appointment! I believe the nail tech’s name is Dan and he did an amazing job and he went above and beyond to make sure i had the colors i wanted - he even mixed the colors to make sure i got the specific shade of green i was looking for. If you’re looking for a place that can do cute designs and is affordable this is the one!

Today I visited Krystal nails and spa as a first time client. I can say i am so so pleased by the experience! I was greeted with so much warmth, the staff is so welcoming! I was even offered something to drink. I was so fortunate to have my nails done by Dan as he was so nice and very thorough during the whole process. He made sure everything was perfect and symmetrical. I love my nails, they are absolutely beautiful. I've never felt better leaving a nail salon.
