This is a fantastic go-to spot to pick up pu-erh tea while you are in Denver. Finding a physical store that actually sells it can be quite rare in the US, so it is absolutely worth a stop if you are passionate about tea. For the price, the quality here is genuinely good, and I really appreciate that they have a sampler table set up. I previously bought the pu-erh sampler box, but I struggled to figure out which flavor was which because the website doesn't specify which wrapping color corresponds to each flavor, and there weren't any instructions inside the package. I am sharing a photo of the breakdown here so other people won't have to guess. As for the shop itself, checkout was fast, and there were two helpful employees working up front if I needed any assistance. I didn't get any brewed tea to go this time, but the setup is definitely geared toward a quick grab-and-go experience if you are ordering a fresh drink. Since the shop is located right inside a shopping plaza, finding a place to sit nearby is incredibly easy.

I’ve been curious about this store for a while because the last time I tried to go it was closed. This time I was finally able to stop in and ordered a matcha to go. It’s not bad, but I’ve definitely had better. They do have a large selection of teas if you’re into that. The staff seemed a bit snobbish, though, which made the experience just okay overall.

I really loved how they had all of the teas organized by types and flavors.. even staff recommendations like they do with books in bookstores and that they give you all the flavor profiles. They also have random free samples to try and flavors based on the season! This was such a a cool place if you enjoy hot or cold tea. And I love that you can get a cup of whatever you want right in the store. The staff were very friendly and let me browse in peace but quick to help with any questions I had.

I didn't try any food but the options on the are amazing. Lots of tools for your tea available and lots of information on what certain teas do for your body. Tons of information on what teas help what ailments. The service is awesome. The ambiance is cozy and quaint. Thank you.

So I've been to this shop twice. Once last week, that involved buying a bag of tea and ordering a drink, Thai iced tea with honey. Both the bag tea and the ordered drink were great, and the sales person was really pleasant. I was really excited to be able to go back on my lunch break today and get a repeat on the Thai iced tea. When I first entered, the sales person didn't acknowledge me, which isn't a big deal for me, not everyone is customer service savvy. However, I'd been in the store browsing teas for about five minutes when another person came in. The sales person immediately greeted them and started up the conversation that they'd be happy to answer any questions they had, and I'm apparently still invisible. I have no idea what arbitrary reason the sales person had given themself to decide I was unworthy of their time, but this interaction screamed you don't need to be here and aren't welcome Mind you, I came from work, wearing business casual, and I believe in good hygiene. I can't think of anything about myself that would make this individual think I should be treated differently than the person who came in after me. Suffice to say I just left the store immediately. I don't need to provide business where I'm uninvited. Overall, this experience sucked because I really liked the place and now I just have a bad taste in my mouth and will not go back.
