Kwik Kar Lube & Tune of Keller

Got my emissions check done here and was happy with the service, however I got my oil changed a week later and the workers left grass all over my dash board and stuff from inside my glovebox on the floor board (napkins, sunglasses case).. very unhappy with this, had to immediately take my car to the car was to vacuum everything up. I’m assuming the grass on my dash is from my filter that they were trying to get me to replace, but I chose not to… not very happy, if you’re going to leave a mess in my car please pick it up!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience from start to finish. The owner was incredibly kind, honest, and took the time to make sure I felt taken care of. The employees explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars (just a girl trying her best 😅), this helped me so much. I left feeling confident, informed, and really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Taylor Loner made my state inspection a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and genuine professionalism made what is usually a routine appointment feel easy and stress free. The inspection was completed efficiently, and she answered my questions with patience and a smile. It’s clear she cares about providing great customer service.

I arrived around 8:15 a.m. and was taken in right away, which I appreciated. However, the lack of communication throughout the visit was concerning. After waiting 30–45 minutes with no update, I finally saw my truck being driven around to the pickup area. Since no explanation was offered for the extended wait, I asked and was told only that “the filter was on tight.” When I got home, I found a fresh puddle of oil forming on my driveway. I crawled under the truck and wiped away visible, wet oil dripping from the frame near the oil pan. I checked again 30 minutes later and found more oil. I was preparing to haul horses that day, so I couldn’t take the risk of ignoring a potential leak on a brand-new truck. I called the shop and was told it was likely just “engine wash” used to clean excess oil from filter removal. Since this was never mentioned during pickup, I asked them to take another look. I drove back, waited about 15 minutes for inspection, and once again had to press for information—no explanation was offered voluntarily. I understand that newer vehicles can present challenges, but communication is essential. Customers need to be informed about what’s happening with their vehicles—especially when unexpected delays or follow-up visits are involved. At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Kwik Kar found an issue caused by a previous mainenance facility and took care of it right away and at no extra chatge. Very high quality customer service but they do need upgraded computer/internet equipment as payment processing took an unreasonable amount of time.
