Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Melody, the lovely woman who did my service, was professional, empathetic, and very informative. I had so many concerns about my natural hair and she made me feel seen and heard. I got a silk press with added wefts and I couldn’t look any better. This was my very first time at a salon and it was perfect. She and the other ladies at the lounge made me feel beautiful and welcomed. Definitely going back.

Yanna is the absolutely best! She is so nice and answers all questions with no issues! she hypes me up and i’m here for it. As long as she is around I will be a paying customer never had my hair this straight without a perm.
