La Belle Nail Salon & Spa is a nail salon at 32 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116, in Boston, Massachusetts. It offers a convenient city location for people looking to fit nail care into a workday, prepare for a trip, or make time for a manicure and pedicure. Customer feedback mentions dip manicures, pedicures, gel services, and Gel-X, giving visitors a sense of the services clients have sought here. The salon has a 4.5-star rating from 593 reviews, though individual experiences vary. For anyone choosing a salon, recent reviews and a direct conversation about the service desired can help set clear expectations before an appointment.

Dip manicures appear repeatedly in positive customer comments. Reviewers describe polished, classy-looking dip nails and say the requested shape and color were achieved; another customer appreciated a friendly technician and a manicure completed before traveling. Feedback also highlights pedicures, including a customer who praised the care given to both her nails and pedicure. These comments suggest La Belle may suit visitors looking for a neat, tailored finish rather than a particular design trend. Results and experiences are not identical for every guest, so it is useful to explain preferences clearly, confirm the color and shape, and speak up if something needs adjustment during the service.

Customers have also mentioned gel services, including Gel-X for fingernails and a basic gel pedicure. One review describes a longer appointment and difficulty with the manicure, while other reviewers report satisfying results and friendly service. That range of feedback is worth keeping in mind: the salon’s overall rating is favorable, but it does not guarantee that every visit will meet the same expectations. If timing matters, call ahead to ask about availability and the estimated duration for the service you want. You can also confirm the details of the manicure or pedicure before starting, especially if you have a specific finish, shape, or service in mind.

La Belle Nail Salon & Spa is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to its listed hours. One reviewer said they called before visiting and were told they could come in, while another mentioned stopping by as a walk-in; availability can vary, so checking directly is sensible. Its Boston address makes it an option for nearby workers, local residents, and visitors seeking nail care in the city. Whether you are considering a dip manicure, pedicure, or another reported service, clear communication about your preferences and schedule can help you decide if the salon is right for your visit.

Love my dip manicure! La Belle is near my office and wanted to get my nails done before my trip. The nail technician was friendly and did a great job! Would definitely go back.

I've never felt the need to leave a bad review for a business before, but this experience was too egregious. This was by far the worst manicure I've ever received. …

I walked in and got a mani pedi in April. I initially didn't see anything too good or too bad about my experience outside of the time. I asked for gel X on my fingers and a basic gel pedicure, no designs. It took 2 hours because the manucurist kept messing up. She ended up filing down the natural nail on my left ring finger multiple times. It was notably more sensitive and I had to tell her to stop at one point. Nevertheless, I get the manicure, pay in cash and move on. The polish lasted a few weeks. As soon as I had the polish removed (acetone only), I noticed a dent in my fingernails, differentiating the new growth from where the polish was. It was a full ring of fire on every nail. She filed down so deep on my left ring finger that the nail is damaged. It's been almost 2 months and the damage still hasn't fully grown out. I would never recommend this place. Don't go here.

I visited La Belle Nail Salon at 32 Tremont Street on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. I called ahead to make an appointment, but it probably wasn’t even necessary—the woman on the phone just said, “You can come now.” …
