Haven't been here in a while and decided to try it out again. Poboy was crispy just needed a little more sauce. Chicken bites were great and extremely flavorful. Seasoned fries were nearly perfect but a little undercooked. The sweet potato were done just right.

This has to be the absolute worst crawfish I have ever eaten. For those who aren’t familiar, live crawfish retain their shape when peeled. Only dead/frozen crawfish (at the time they’re cooked) are mushy which is why frequent crawfish eaters would pay more for live crawfish. This place charged $12 per pound for “live” crawfish but all the crawfish was mushy. No idea how they stay in business serving this garbage. We came around 7:30pm and the restaurant was empty. We’re literally the only customers. (Red flag #1) We asked for gloves and bibs, but were given to-go plastic bags as bib alternatives. (Red flag #2) The food came and they didn’t give us another bowl for the shells. We had to ask for it (Red flag #3) This restaurant has so many 5* ratings only because they literally buy the reviews. See pictures.

The service was not up to par to other LA Crawfish locations I’ve been to in other cities. It took over 30 minutes for a Crawfish Pho. The pho itself was a 3/5, it was more in the sweet side for me and the brisket I added wasn’t the best quality but overall it had all the right ingredients and had good taste. I did like the ambience, they were showing sports on the screens. It was clean and spacious! The restroom needs a little makeover lol. I will return to give other items on the menu a chance.

The food was average. I was hoping for something better as I had seen lots of good reviews. Regardless, it was ok I guess. If you are craving sea food, I’d at least say to try it & make up your own opinion on this restaurant.

We had such a great experience at LA Crawfish, and a big part of that was our waiter Gavin! We had a lot of questions about the menu, and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and happy to help. His recommendations were spot on, and everything we ordered was delicious. He provided amazing customer service from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed and checking on us throughout our meal. Great food and outstanding service, we'll definitely be back!
