This is located inside of Vista Ridge Mall inside Zion Marketplace. We had the coffee and the souffle pancakes. The pancakes were delicious and moist. The coffee was very strong, so if you are used to Starbucks, might want to pass. For someone like me, who enjoys straight espresso, it hit the spot perfectly. The lady running the cash register had trouble understanding the order, but was very friendly nonetheless. If you want some great pancakes in a fun bazaar style atmosphere, this is the place.

Nice little dessert spot inside the Zion market. Enjoyed the mini taiyaki’s, there were 12 of them and you can pick 2 choices of filling. The soufflé were soft like sponge, it was worth the 20 mins wait. The kids also enjoyed some ice cream.

The storefront set up is so cute! I tried the soufflé and gel-boong, mini taiyaki and it was all good. I suggest getting the desserts here because I like those the most rather than the dalgona coffee.

I got the soufflé pancake. They only have the original that’s topped with butter and you get maple syrup and whipped cream on the side. It was very fluffy and light. Wasn’t too sweet or rich. I will be back. The owners were nice too.
