This salon gives the best manicures I have ever had! Cindy and Stephen both do amazing nail art and are wonderful to work with. You can ask for any design, and they will execute it perfectly. I have been going here for a year and have never been happier with my nails!

I have been a customer of this salon since the day it opened and have visited consistently for over a year. My first experience was excellent high-quality work, great attention to detail, and very reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, my experiences since then have been inconsistent, both in service quality and nail shaping. My most recent visit was particularly disappointing. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically requested a time where I could receive my manicure and pedicure simultaneously because I did not have time for separate services. The receptionist assured me this could be accommodated. When I arrived, I confirmed with the technician performing my pedicure that my manicure would also be done at the same time. I waited through the entire pedicure expecting someone to join, but no one ever did. Afterward, I learned that my request had not been noted in my appointment at all, turning what should have been a much shorter visit into a significantly longer one. To make matters worse, I noticed after I got home that some of the polish on my pedicure had been applied to the skin below the nail rather than the nail itself, causing part of it to peel off within 24 hours. The biggest issue, however, was the pricing. I received a dip manicure on my natural nails with no tips and was charged $65. After reviewing the receipt, I discovered I had been charged an additional fee for "shaping." When I asked about this, I was told that any shape other than basic round or square incurs an extra charge. I find this difficult to justify. I would understand an additional fee for highly specialized shapes such as coffin or stiletto, but the shape I received was a very standard, slightly rounded nail shape. Management is welcome to review the attached photo and decide whether that warrants an additional shaping charge. I genuinely like the employees and have always enjoyed my interactions with them, which is why I hesitated to write this review. However, after discussing this experience with others, I feel compelled to share it. My concern is not the amount charged but the principle of charging extra for what many customers would reasonably consider a standard part of a manicure. I would appreciate clarification from management: What exactly is included in the standard dip manicure price if basic nail shaping requires an additional charge? I would like to continue supporting this business, but transparency and consistency matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning both.

I have enjoyed both experiences at this nail salon. Yesterday I went to Brittany for builder gel, after seeing really good reviews of her work specifically. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails are naturally more square shaped but I long for almond! Her technique helped to achieve the rounded shape more so than anyone else who's ever done my nails. This color is one of their potted builder gel options (#26, I don't remember the name) - it's a milky white and it looks clean and fresh.

Fantastic!! Cindy is so detailed and easy to talk to! My mom was with another tech that I unfortunately didn’t get the name of but she was great too! I’m writing this 10 days after getting my nails done and they still look great! Thank you :)
