Best bánh bò nướng, vvvery spongy, naturally flavored w/ pandan, and no eggy smell. Not the cheapest out there at $12/cake but it’s one of the best I’ve had.

I love their Pandan Cake, dairy free, gluten free. So good! It is made of Tapioca starch, coconut milk and eggs. I am symptomatic celiac and I never got sick from it. I love this subtle sweet coconut bread. My friend bought those from one of the Vietnamese spring rolls restaurants in Alhambra.
