What an amazing experience that I will always keep in my heart. You do physically step into a different world but also spirituality you step into a more peaceful and serene space. One that allows you to reflect and enjoy just how truly beautiful this space is. I had the opportunity to do the Tea tasting with Kelly and had an amazing time learning about tea and tasting them as well. She was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. Truly recommend to anyone who have the time (and frankly you should make the time 🥰). I also had the opportunity to experience the garden during their lotus festival 💙💜

Slightly out of my budget for entry and snacks, but honestly worth it. It’s a gorgeous location and very immersive. The architecture and plants are beautiful, and it was so fun to learn about different things throughout the visit. The teahouse is also super cozy and the food is good. You can sit outside or inside and relax with tea. If I lived in Portland I would totally get a membership or try to come for their special events.

Beautiful Chinese-Style Garden A beautiful Suzhou-style Chinese garden with a peaceful atmosphere and unique architecture. The professional guides provide interesting explanations about the garden’s history, architecture, and plants. There is also a small restaurant serving Chinese tea, snacks, and pastries. There is no free parking at the park, so you need to find parking nearby. The surrounding area is not very clean, and there are many homeless people nearby. The entrance has a metal gate that staff need to open for visitors, which takes away from the overall experience.

Great experience, especially with the lotus blooming festival. Amazing flora and fauna to check out while you are there. Lots of cool interesting flowers and plants. The koi and goldfish are totally entertaining and fun to watch, especially when getting fed! Hilarious! They're like little water puppies! Definitely a must see spot!
