What comes through most clearly in customer feedback is the salon’s focus on nail artistry, pedicure care, and friendly service. Guests specifically mention gel manicures, pedicures, natural nail care guidance, and custom design work. Several reviews praise technicians for being gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to pedicures and creative nail sets. Clients have highlighted staff members like Mia, Michael, and Vi for listening carefully, understanding the look a customer wants, and delivering nails that feel personal rather than generic. The tropical pedicure is another service that gets called out by returning customers, especially for the foot massage and the relaxing feel of the appointment.
The overall atmosphere described by many visitors is welcoming and approachable. Customers mention a warm greeting when they walk in, easy communication, and the convenience of booking by text, which can be especially helpful for people with packed schedules. That makes Lanicure Nail Bar a good fit for a range of clients in Los Angeles: people getting ready for weekends out, vacations, festivals, or special occasions, as well as regulars who want a dependable salon for maintenance. If you like talking through shape, length, or growth goals with your nail tech, reviews suggest that some staff take time to explain options and help clients work toward healthier, longer natural nails.
As with many busy salons, experiences can vary depending on the service and technician. While many loyal customers say they return because the team is friendly and they often leave happy, some reviews note rushed appointments or gel manicures that did not last as expected. That mix of feedback suggests it is worth being clear about your preferences, timing, and design expectations when booking. For anyone searching for a nail salon in Los Angeles, CA with a solid local presence, convenient daily hours, and a reputation for both classic nail care and more expressive designs, Lanicure Nail Bar is a neighborhood option to keep in mind.

Sign in to reviewI had the best experience at Lanicure Nail Bar 🤍 Mia did my pedicure and was so gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented my toes have never looked better. Michael absolutely killed my Coachella nails… he understood the vision immediately and executed it perfectly. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm and attentive. The service feels really elevated they offer you something to drink, check in on you throughout, and truly make you feel taken care of the entire time. The location is also a huge plus valet right on Sunset makes it so easy and convenient, which is rare in LA. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. Everything feels intentional, clean, and high-quality. I’ll definitely be coming back 🤍✨
Today was my first time getting my nails done at Lanicure and I am SO happy with how they came out! Vi did such an amazing job and was so kind to me, even taking the time to talk me through how I can achieve my goal of growing out longer nails naturally. I think my nails turned out even cuter than the reference picture I shared with her, and I'm so excited to have these on my vacation next week
I got a regular gel manicure. However the process was very rushed and the lady did not do a good job of prepping my nails. I just got a simple nude color gel nails using DND nail polish, which is what I get everywhere. However, these nails barely lasted me a week. Two of my nails completely peeled off and one chipped. Manicure was 60$ Quality should be way better for that price. In the photo you can see there is a bit of grow out since this photo was taken about 1.5 weeks after manicure but the peeling happend earlier I just didn’t get a photo then. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the front desk person was nice and accommodating for me since I was a walk in and the salon was clean.
I've been coming here since they first opened, and had always had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly, they communicate easily through text for booking (which is great for someone like me who never remembers to call), and I've always left happy. I love their tropical pedicure - the foot massage is always good, never weak! And I get builder gel every 2-4 weeks and it always lasts. I usually rotate between getting some form of nail art, chrome or regular color and I've been happy every single time. Highly recommend going here - I'll never go anywhere else!
I have been a loyal client here for years and unfortunately this salon has continued to make me feel like just another number instead of a valued customer. My nail tech always seems annoyed when I ask for my nails to be shorter, and if I want a design, I’m rushed through the appointment with attitude. Today was the final straw. While I was trying to pick a color with the sweet woman doing my pedicure, she snatched my hand in a way that genuinely upset me and made me cry. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and uncomfortable. I even mentioned that it was my birthday, and there was zero acknowledgment or kindness. I am also in the service industry myself, and I know how important it is to make clients feel comfortable, heard, and appreciated. If I treated my own clients this way, I would not have a business. There is a huge difference between being busy and making someone feel like a burden. Clients should never feel uncomfortable asking for simple adjustments or wanting to enjoy the experience they are paying for. I have left this salon feeling let down too many times, and after today, I won’t be coming back.
