I just went to my 2nd visit today! Since my first, I'm very satisfied with hospitality this clinic provides. I feel most welcome by the staff in front. The facility is very clean from the lobby to the patient room. The assistants were very helping directing me and forward my issues to the doctor. The doctor is very knowledgeable about diagnosing my symptoms from the surface, which today was nummular eczema due to the dry, cold weather. I have yet to test the suggested medications being prescribed to me for it. Since my first visit, I was advised to go see a women's clinic for a separate issue. That has been fixed. I appreciate the follow-up appointments to check my progress. I feel very positive moving forward in my treatments.
Today was my first time being seen here and the staff was lovely. They were very kind and helpful and the dermatologist made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this clinic!
I waited for my appointment and the front office team was not prepared to bill my insurance. I got a referral from my primary care and everything. The front desk people were honestly so cold-hearted. It seems like they’re lazy. Honestly, they will try to stick you with a bill—when all they could’ve done was bill Medi-Cal… P.S., When you step outside, “Kindle,” will also spy on you—I noticed.
Very friendly office and great patient care. Dr. Blake Vest and medical assistant Marcos are top notch.. They both provided excellent service and really know how to treat people with care and kindness. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody that needs a dermatologist.
