Lantana Spa

We had an amazing couples massage at Lantana Spa! The atmosphere, massage, and service were perfect, and we both left feeling so relaxed and happy. ✨💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ We also loved the pool area; it was such a beautiful place to unwind. The only thing we’d suggest is a little more attention to pool cleanliness. Overall, highly recommend! 🌿💧💕

I had the best deep tissue massage with Ramona recently. I'm quite particular about massages and Ramona is a medical massage therapist so we spoke the same language about the body. It was the best massage I've ever had at a non-medical facility. As usual, the Lantana Spa was clean and relaxing and poolside food/drink were delicious

The best spa experience I’ve had maybe ever! My sister came to town and wanted to do a spa day and I knew I wanted to go to a resort spa, where we could spend the day and use the amenities too. This place fit the bill and it was so easy to set up appointments. The staff were so friendly on the phone and in person. I’m a dentist so I have back and neck pain and whenever I do, I usually get a massage to get relief and for relaxation too. We booked 50 minute deep tissue massages with arnica muscle repair and muscle melter enhancements. Our appointments were at noon but we got to JW Marriott at 815 to do the Cibolo moon brunch buffet. Then we got to the spa at 9 for opening and were able to enjoy to stress and skin teas, aromatherapy room, sauna, indoor spa, outdoor spa and heated pools with pretty much complete privacy! Our massage therapists were Monica and Kristina/Kristin? and both were amazing! I told Kristina I have back and neck pain and hold tension in my head and neck and would like main focus to be on those areas. She did amazing! Early on in the massage I requested if she could ease up on the pressure because sometimes it’s a little painful for me since I’m a baby with that. She understood and from there the pressure was perfect and I enjoyed and relaxed SO much! She even gave me the extra arnica to put on sore muscles after the massage. Will probably request her again next time. Definitely come here, you won’t regret it! We were so relaxed and happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better spa day!

Wonderful spa day. I had a really nice massage from Kevin. The place is very clean and smells so fresh. The indoor amenities are awesome. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are insanely amazing. You must try this place out. The entire staff from arriving to leaving were gracious and helpful.

Local, who has been to this spa many times and today was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful, amenities were sparse and my facial was subpar. For the price of services, this should be an experience and it was far from it. Upon arrival I was walked to the back, given a key and locker number. No explanation if robe was still located in locker nor where my locker number was located within the dressing room. There were no hot teas, no snacks (well, a jar with mixed nuts) and just plain water. My facial was not relaxing and it was rushed. For $230, I should feel like jelly afterwards. The lady doing my facial rushed through each step and the whole session was extremely off putting. Lastly, it was extremely loud in the entire spa. Spas are supposed to be a quiet place to relax and this experience was far from it. I am so disappointed and sad that I wasted over $300 (treatment + food) to leave more tense and stressed than I arrived.
