Las Vegas REALTORS is an association and organization in Las Vegas, Nevada, with its headquarters at 6360 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The organization is connected with the local real estate community, and customer feedback references member services, an MLS system, and classes, including fair housing education. That makes it a relevant point of reference for people seeking information about the professional and educational side of real estate in the Las Vegas area. It is not a real estate brokerage or a home listing itself; its role, as reflected in the available information, centers on association-related resources and activities.
The current Rainbow Boulevard headquarters is a notable part of the visitor experience. One reviewer remembers the former Sahara building and describes the newer location as a move from a mid-century modern style to a more modern design, praising its use of natural light and its two-story front facing Rainbow Boulevard. That account offers a concrete impression of the space while also recognizing the practical motivation for a new building: the reviewer felt the older location’s technology was poor. Individual experiences may vary, but the comments suggest that the headquarters is more than a routine office stop for some visitors.
Feedback also points to classes and member-related services, with differing opinions about how they work. Some reviewers appreciate staff assistance, and one specifically praises Aaron Mercado for professional, attentive help. Other reviewers express frustration with monthly member fees, the MLS system, required classes, and the comfort of class arrangements. A separate comment raises a concern about a fair housing class speaker being difficult to hear. These contrasting accounts are useful context for prospective members and visitors: experiences are not uniform, and it may be helpful to confirm current course details, technology access, and any fees directly with the organization before making plans.
For people looking for Las Vegas REALTORS in Las Vegas, the listed business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is closed Saturday and Sunday. The directory listing shows a 4.5-star rating from 211 reviews, while the written comments range from praise for the building and helpful service to criticism of member resources and classes. The organization may be especially relevant to real estate professionals seeking association-related information or education, and to people trying to understand local housing conversations. Visitors should use the Rainbow Boulevard address for in-person needs and check directly for the latest schedules and service details.

The Las Vegas Realtors have gone from mid-century modern to modern. I loved our old building on Sahara. But the technology was poor and hey everyone wants a new house, so we built ourselves a new headquarters. I love the use of light. The two-story front facing Rainbow is gorgeously, gloriously light and airy. The sunlight happily streams in. Ditto for the reception area atrium. All that sunshine makes me smile. This building has an outdoor meeting area for events. People spill seamlessly from inside to outside. A useful improvement over the other building. I don't remember the wonderful historic Las Vegas photos in the old building. I actually remember many of the scenes from the 1960s. The photos capture a sense of nostalgia amidst the modern bones of the new structure. The classrooms and the shop are on the first floor. The second floor holds the board room and the staff offices. I love the ladies room. It reminds me of the Venetian. High-end finishes! There is plenty of parking. It was difficult to turn left on Sahara from the old building. Now it's difficult to turn left on Rainbow. As the French say, the more things change, the more they stay the same! And yes, the wifi is screaming fast.
Pay monthly member fees for a crappy MLS system. Classes that inconvenience you. They don't even provide a refrigerator lunches for the forced classes you have to attend.
What's not to love! Las Vegas is so much than a destination l, it's a great place to live too. Let's talk about Summerlin in Las Vegas, #3 best masterplan community in the country. Summerlin offers a higher topology therefore it has its own climate which is greatly appreciated in the summer. When it's over 100 degrees on the strip, it's only in the low 90's in the Summerlin heights. It's lush, clean and safe, a great place to raise a family, retire and work. Minutes away from Mt Charleston, when you live in Las Vegas there are plenty of beautiful ski slopes ready for those who love winter sports. I love e-biking and l have yet to cover the 2000 miles of bike trails around me. Affordability is also an attractive factor. Las Vegas is definitely more affordable than most metropolitan cities but it is growing and people are catching up with the many appeals Las Vegas offers. At present there is an additional 20 year building plan in the pipeline to complete Summerlin as a community! North Las Vegas is also an amazing contender sprouting new built-homes by the thousands. Sky Canyon is relatively new and just getting started with new infrastructure, mimicking similar communities. I love my community vibes, people come from all parts of the country and beyond, sharing and contributing to the expansion of Greater Las Vegas! Welcome home 🤗!
I’m in a class for fair housing and the speaker Amy is the wrong choice, can’t hear her even with microphone
