I am licensed in IL and CA. That means learning two MLS's. I have found SFAR to be consistently helpful, patient, and knowledgeable across the board. Thank you, SFAR! Appreciate you!

Scary the ineptitude with which the office is being run. Been a member since 2005. "Office partially closed" according to their phone message - apparently due to shelter in place - no one vaccinated yet is the city still recommending "Sheltr in Place by Public Health Order? Given that the city has allowed people to go to the gyms and dine in restaurants without masks, I think there's is a fib being told here........ So in 2021, it's not possible for the management to set up onward feed for phone calls to their switchboard? Leave a message & never hear back or better still write an email and then never hear back. My 2 emails from June have not been replied to! The MLS is now completely unreliable. I am pulling old listings on Realtor.com and for the current listings you should just go to Compass. Wonder if I should pay Compass my membership fee? Seriously, when compared to Bareis and other MLS providers the difference is shocking.

They are doing Great work with the community through SF START Program and other programs by getting the needs of formerly homeless clients and families the household items they need once they move into permanent housing.
