Lash Nail Bar Nail salon Plano Tx

Found Lash Nail Bar via Google search. A friend and I wanted to get our nails done but our usual place was closed. We found Lash Nail Bar and decided to give it a try as they were the only place open at 8:30pm. We called ahead and they said they could fit us in - we were walk-ins so we didn't expect to be seen right away. I got a regular polish pedicure done by Linda, which was wonderful. Paulina did my builder gel manicure & I wasn't too impressed. She was very nice, but my manicure just wasn't up to par or what as I expected. I've gotten builder gel on my nails plenty of times, this was a new set of builder gel, not a fill. As you can tell by the photos/videos, my manicure looks clumpy. My cuticle on my thumb doesn't look too good, as it's covered by polish. There are also air bubbles in the polish. My manicure just felt rushed, and I am aware we were walk-ins. I would've rather been told that they didn't have time to do it than having a sloppy job. As far as speaking up about my nails, I didn't really have time to. Once I was finished, I stood up to wash my hands, and there was already the next client in the chair - right next to my shoes & bag. I know this place was busy & we were towards the end of the working day, but the place didn't seem so clean. I'm a big stickler on cleanliness as, especially in a nail salon. They did place the plastic liner in the pedicure tub. I'm not sure if the instruments were actually sterilized or if they were just placed in a paper bag. I will just stick to my regular nail salon.

I should have left. I came this Saturday and called ahead for 6 pm. When I got there, I had to wait until 6:30 before I was seen. I really questioned the hygiene and sanitation of this salon. I have never been to a salon like this where I was worried about catching something and I wasn't even sure how clean the tools were. The lady didnt even take out the nail clippers or cuticle cutters out of a bag, just a box. I dont even think they were sanitized before she used them on me. I waited and then felt rushed. She also cut a part of my skin. This better not get infected. I have never in my life left a 0 as a tip, but this was a first for that. I really regret not leaving because I risked my health... especially with getting a cut on my toe. On top of that, the towels that they use to wrap my feet in, they used to clean the floor. I also paid for the pedicure that included a massage that I never got.

Came here because of reviews and a co worker recommended. I got Paula, Celine and Nail Bae! The best day team team here at Lash Nail Bar. They did such a tremendous job! Another Nail techs mess my nails and toes up and celine- Nail Bae and Paula help assisted and took care of my friend. Our nails are flawless, painless and we did not felt rush! They took their time and the customer service the best and pedicure massage is to die for! Love love this place HIGHLY RECOMMEND CELINE, PAULA AND NAIL BAE!! HANDS DOWN!!

They saved my night! We left another nail son, practically midservice because the experience was just so terrible! I highly recommend this salon. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the exact opposite of the previous establishment. This will be my new go to nail salon!

Literally amazing!! Cindy was by far the best I’ve ever seen! So incredibly detailed, cleaned everything and extremely sweet!! It was my first time coming here and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for my beautiful pedicure!!! I absolutely am in love!
