Sign in to reviewThis is the place to go, it's my fave nail salon. I have been coming here for about a year and want to gatekeep Jason so much because he's so awesome. My nails are custom done and he entertains any idea I have. Vivian does my son's nails and she takes great care with him. I can't speak more highly of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. You can also book online for your appointments making it easy for me to manage things. I will continue to keep coming!
I got a fill, and one hand was done with gel while the other was done with acrylic, resulting in two completely different outcomes. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told, “It’s fine, it looks the same to me.” After my service was completed, I was informed that a glitter ombré fill would not look the same as a full set. Had I been told that beforehand, I would have chosen to get a full set instead. This was my third visit. They ask whether you’re happy with your nails, but when you give honest feedback, nothing is done to address the issue. Better communication and customer service would have made all the difference.
Amy did a fantastic job with my cherry blossom design manicure. She listened to what I wanted even when it wasn’t what she would normally do. Other salons have made my cuticles bleed, but she was very gentle and did not cut them where I asked her not to. She also did the design on my natural nails in gel instead of pushing acrylics and dip on me, even though the design would be easier on acrylics. She asked me if I liked what she did after each step. That alone would make me come back, but she was also very friendly and talented. My whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable thanks to Amy and the guy at the front desk whose name started with an H. Forgive me for not remembering what it was. Excellent service. Thank you both!
Today was my first time here at Lavender Nail Bar 2 and everything turned exactly what I asked for. I had amazing experience! Jason did great job on my nails, he had so much attention to detail exactly how I wanted my nails.Nice and neat and simple. Thank you Trina for my eyebrows waxing, clean, and perfectly shaped.
Lina did AMAZING on my nails!! She was very attentive and gave me exactly what I imagined. The drinks were great and they gave me oil for my cuticles.I will definitely be coming here more often. She has her nails done so I knew I was in good hands.
