I think customer service depends on which technician you get, because the difference is actually insane. First time I came here, Kim was amazing—like genuinely phenomenal service. No complaints at all. But today? I went back just because one of my nails broke, and I had to sit there waiting an hour. Then the technician I got was honestly so rude. No greeting, no patience, just pointed for me to put my foot up like I was a problem to deal with. When she finished, she literally shoved my foot away and said “you’re done,” and didn’t even clean anything up. So yeah… huge difference depending on who you get. Always ask for Kim, seriously. She’s the only reason I’d come back here. She actually knows what she’s doing and treats people right. The rest? Not it. Kim deserves all the tips and respect there.

This establishment provided a profoundly disappointing experience. My initial visit was for a simple nail polish application on my toes, as I had an important event, prom, followed by an awards ceremony, and needed to remove it the next day. Despite my repeated rejections, the technician persistently recommended a gel service, which was impractical given my need for immediate removal. Subsequently, I inquired about eyebrow tinting, which was quoted at $25, including waxing. I expressed that I did not require waxing, but the owner insisted on providing a "discount," reducing the price to $10. I accepted this offer under the impression that only the tinting service would be performed, as confirmed by another staff member. As one technician began my pedicure, the owner directed her to attend to another customer and assigned a new technician for my pedicure. During this time, the service proceeded without issue. However, the owner then intervened to prepare the eyebrow tint mixture. She applied it using Q-tips without properly preparing the skin area. Throughout this process, she intermittently ceased the application to attend to other tasks, referring to them as "side quests" while the tint was meant to be setting. The application of the tint was uneven, resulting in a very poor appearance, indicative of a lack of experience. Following the tint application, she proceeded with the waxing. During this waxing phase, she caused a burn to my skin and, again, the results were uneven. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner stated that the unevenness was due to my eyebrows being "thin" upon arrival. She then attempted to rectify the situation by making them appear thicker with the tint, but this was futile as she had already waxed away a significant portion of my eyebrows. The distress caused by this led me to tears, it was immense, especially considering the importance of prom and the ceremonies I was attending. The owner's demeanor, marked by laughter and conversation with other staff members during the eyebrow service, suggested a lack of genuine concern and perhaps even intentional mishandling. This raises serious questions about the treatment of active-duty military personnel, who dedicate themselves to serving this country. I maintained a calm and polite approach throughout the interaction, endeavoring to avoid conflict.Furthermore, I observed that the nail polish began to crack as it dried. Upon pointing this out, the technician reapplied polish directly over the cracked areas. Following this, the owner engaged in a verbal altercation with my father as he was preparing to leave. She claimed she had given me a discount because "I had no money," which was untrue. My request for only nail polish was solely because I did not wish to pay for a service that would need to be removed so soon after. The owner continued to shout at my father, even as he was walking to the car, without him reciprocating her aggression, demonstrating respect. Our preference is to avoid disputes, and my sole objective was to receive a service performed correctly. This level of service and customer interaction is unacceptable. Attached are the before and after images of my eyebrows, which I showed to the technician, who reiterated that my eyebrows were thin and implied it was my fault. If a person asks for a cheap service is not because of money, and even if it was that situation other’s customers do not deserve to be treated poorly with the service.
