Lavui Nails Spa - 50% monday through thursday second service one per customer

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now after switching salons and this place has become my new favorite place. Everyone is so sweet and they love to show you options so you make sure you get what you want. They offer complimentary beverages (both spirited and regular) and service is pretty quick to get you in the chair. Every time I’ve been, it’s been relaxing and not too overwhelming and my nails always come out cute. I’ve had different techs each time, and they’re all just as nice and great with the process as the other. Price is about the standard you would find at any salon. Definitely making this my regular place.

Very disappointed in my last experience. My nails are nothing like the picture I showed them I wanted but shame on me for not correcting it while I was there,two people worked on my hands so I was just trying to hurry cuz they will leave and come back leave and come back I know they were busy but I spent $125 and I'm very disappointed My nails are thick and wide and I asked them what the price was and then when I picked out my fingernail polish they didn't tell me that it was costing me $20 more. I look forward to my visit all week just to be disappointed

Amazing visit at Lavui Nails again! Every nail tech is super nice and extra skilled. This is the only nails place I go to when I get a pedicure. They always do a really good job with my calluses and my nails. I also go here for getting my face ripped off; they are pros at it and I never have a complaint on how it looks.

I’ve gone to this nail salon 3 times now. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming; the staff are knowledgeable and detail oriented. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my most recent visit because I had gotten a fairly nasty cut on my pinky finger from the nail tech removing my dip powder with the rotating sander. We finished the other nails but had to leave what was left on my injured finger. I’m not upset with the nail tech because accidents happen, but I was disappointed in the fact that I was made to pay full price for the service. I was not given a discount for the injury, the worry of infection, and the inconvenience of having to come back once it’s healed to remove the remaining dip powder. I tried to say something to the owner and show her my finger, but she didn’t seem to acknowledge it and just told me to come back when it’s healed. I don’t like conflict so I didn’t push any further, but I do feel like I was wronged. Not sure if I will return or try somewhere new.
