Sign in to reviewI have been a client of attorney Srinoi Rousseau for many years. She has advised me through many complex trust and conservatorship proceedings. Her advice has always been on point and has proven beneficial to the well-being of the many people whom I serve. I know that she is respected among her colleagues and the court system. I highly recommend that you consider her services.
I'm now the conservator for an developmentally delayed elderly man who was egregiously take advantage of! Rousseau represented Patricia Smith, who was supposed to be a professional fiduciary. Patricia Smith has taken everything from an elderly developmentally delayed son of one of her deceased clients. He was heir and sole beneficiary to his mothers estate and Patricia Smith exhausted all of his funds and egregiously gave his inherited property away! She left her developmentally delayed client emaciated, malnourished and hid him from his family until she completely exhausted all of his inherited funds! This is illegal and elder abuse! How could Sirnoi Rousseau represent someone like this?!?! In Response: Ms. Srinoi Rousseau, a review is how to get a hold of you! I’ve attempted on multiple occasions so to beg for you to do the right, humane thing to no avail! Your response, was very narcissistic and ingenuine but it shows your true colors. You stated that I was experiencing difficulties as a conservator which is totally false thus is a fallacy. I’m appalled at how ill-willed individuals disguise themselves as fiduciaries! I’m grateful to God everyday to finally have my elderly, developmentally delayed relative out from under your talons. They made a movie about you called, “I Care A Lot". I hope that you don’t take that as a compliment, as you strongly resemble a woman who bilked, took advantage of and abused innocent victims. You act as a gangster and many people fear your power thus remain silent to your malevolent practices. My review was to offer my experience to other people so to not get caught up in your egregiously vicious tangled web that you’ve disguised as a fiduciary. Humanity drives me and I wouldn’t want what you’ve done to my family done to anyone else. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to experience what you and your client did to my relative and his mother. Signing for my relative who had Alzheimer’s-dementia at 95years old to go through a mastectomy, major surgery so to never recover then leave her son to eat off of rotting food is disheartening and inhumane. And that’ information is not even skimming the surface. God doesn’t like ugly and people like you shall reap what they sow. I will continue to pray for you to hopefully be accountable about what you contributed to and justice shall prevail.
