Mr. Hoang and his assistant Ms. Xu is the most professional lawyer team I have met. They are highly experienced and are informed of the latest updates/trends of immigration law. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions clearly and simply during my long initial consultation. All throughout the entire process, they always answered/returned my frequent phone calls and patiently answered my questions and updated me on our progress. My case was scheduled for court hearing in removal proceeding near the end of this year. However, my previous lawyer refused to answer or return my phone calls. I was desperate and searched for a lawyer substitution. I was very impressed with Mr. Hoang and Ms. Xu at my long first consultation and decided to hire them. They had to acquired all previous records of my case, but my original lawyer was not cooperative in turning over records. They soon found out the old forms and documentation initiated by my previous lawyer were inadequate due to recent laws/procedures changes. After updating documentations, they managed to advance the hearing date 4.5 months as I was anxious to get my green card so that I can go back to China to visit my elderly parents. The next day after the our court hearing, my green card was approved.
