I am writing to commend my experience with the paralegal at Atty Homen's law office, Sergio V., for his service to me over a nearly six-year span. Our conversations were always on the phone as it started a few months before COVID times. My case was an old one, inherited by Atty Homen. I was assigned to Sergio to walk me through what ended up being a long process before real action was authorized by the insurance company.
