Dr. Le Trung is professional, kind and actually cares about his patients. I am unfortunately no longer a patient of his but he worked with my situation being from a different country and has helped me get treatment for my ADHD. Thanks to him my grades have improved in school and I am so much healthier and happier. So grateful to Dr. Le and his kind reception staff. - Rory

The receptionist is equally impressive, greeting everyone with warmth and professionalism and making the check in process smooth and efficient. I have been seeing him for over 8 years now and he is a fantastic no nonsense doctor. He sees my husband and my son also. I recommend him to everyone i know. He takes time and truly cares! Yes he gets busy because he truly cares about his patients!

This has been the worst medical experience I have ever encountered. My husband urgently needed a prescription refill for his medication, which is critical to his health. Despite having an upcoming appointment scheduled with the doctor — who is fully aware that we have recently relocated out of Texas — the receptionist/medical assistant treated us with complete disrespect. She was extremely rude over the phone, yelled and hollered at us insisting we come into the office, despite me calmly explaining multiple times that we now live out of state. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor or the doctor after repeated requests. Worse, she deliberately blocked both my husband’s and my phone numbers from contacting the office. I was forced to call from five different numbers just to try and reach someone, and each time was met with hostility or blocked again. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient health is completely unacceptable. My husband’s health should never have been jeopardized because of a receptionist’s personal attitude or negligence. I have already contacted the medical board regarding this practice and intend to pursue this further. I truly hope the receptionist is reprimanded for her behavior, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before seeking care from this office. Patients deserve better than to be treated with such hostility when seeking help for their medical needs.

Dr.Le has been my Dr. for about 20 years and as a patient I'm always satisfied with the service I receive, starting with the office staff, those ladies are always professional and has the ability to problem solve w/o you always having to leave a message for Dr.Le, to Pauline his wife in the business office very nice sweet person.
