I asked for the first picture as an inspo picture, was sat with a man that I informed I wanted an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I also informed him I had a little builder gel left on my nails from my last set. From the second he sat down he didn’t say a single word to me. He immediately grabbed a metal bit and started filing my natural nails with no concern about it being painful. Throughout him doing my nails he never once asked if what he was doing was okay or if I liked them. He literally did not speak. It was very apparent he didn’t know how to do the 3D flower on my ring finger because he was asking other nail artists how to. Instead of asking someone else to do it he decided to just paint the flower on the nail quickly and poorly. He also did the zebra print poorly making it look like grass and when I brought this to his attention he said “this isn’t zebra print”. He also failed to put topcoat on more than one of my nails. After the nails were done (still never said anything to me) the women doing my friends nails asked if I liked them. When I told her no she asked if I would like 3D on my nails as well I said yes. She asked to look at the picture so I showed her. When she looked at them she said he did them perfectly (clearly seeing I was not satisfied with them) then proceeded to not put 3D on my nails after asking and me saying yes. When I went to check out the manager asked if I liked my nails and when I said no he told me the girl doing my friends nails would fix them. When he asked to see the picture and I told him about the 3D and zebra print the women acted concerned and fully willing to fix them ONLY after I said something to the manager. After being there for 2 1/2 hours and being treated poorly the whole time I wasn’t willing to stay any longer. I didn’t get the guys name but definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be going back!

I had Christine and she did amazing. I have a crooked ring finger and she worked the acrylic around it. This was just like the inspo picture and I’m very happy. She was also very sweet and kept asking if I was happy with the work. I get so many compliments on it. If you come here, please ask for Christine ❤️

Honestly really disappointed in my experience here today. It was my first time getting builder gel and it does not meet my expectations at all. I wanted a chrome white nail which I got my every single one of my nails was not covered completely. The tech went insanely fast and didn’t take the time to ensure that they were done right. And I paid for a manicure but my cuticles were done. I asked for the tech to fix the sides of my nails and she got out the polish again but didn’t fix the sides just painted it all over with no change. I pointed that out and she literally just filed the sides down. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if it weren’t for the fact that every single nail is not completed. She just commented that my nails are too small for her. If that service wasn’t one that would work she could have said so before starting on my nails. I also got a pedicure here and they cut my nails so short they hurt. I asked her to just trim them but my nails are literally the length of the nail bed underneath and the color doesn’t match my fingers even tho I got the exact same polish for both… Also they don’t have new tools or even sanitized ones from what I could tell and that should have been the first red flag. Extremely frustrating and quite a waste of money

I’ll just leave this here and you can judge for yourself .he was mad that I changed my pedicure to the classic but this was why. I’m not paying 50 dollars for you to use those on me ? He pulled them out of his box and they were not in a sealed sanitary bag. I didn’t even allow him to cut my cuticles. I was scared for my life. This place was voted number 1 in 2024/2025.

I’ve been doing my nails here for years and never sat for three hours for something so bad. I asked the girl to fix the uneven flower and she said she would but she didn’t. I feel sad I paid $200 for this.
