From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles and genuine kindness. The salon is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. They even offer complimentary nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages while you relax, which was such a nice touch. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and the attention to detail was exceptional. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients’ experience. I’m so thankful Miriam reached out because I have officially found my new nail home. My daughter and I came in for paws and claws for our birthdays! They really went above and beyond for us. Even sang me Happy Birthday and gave me a gift! I was blown away! Our nails are so much more than we anticipated. Thank you Ladies! You made us feel so special. 💜
This nail salon is so accommodating and they do such a great job. I brought my 9 year old and her bestie for pedicures and they were so happy with their toes. They did super cute designs for Halloween and the girls were ecstatic! I Definitely recommend coming here! Best nail spot in Elgin!
The staff was pretty friendly, and my tech did a great job on my own set! They soaked off my previous set, and toe polished and gave me a nice pedicure and new full set. The attention to detail was… 🤌🏾 chefs kiss! I got what I wanted! Well worth the $$
I have been coming here for almost 2 years. At first everyone was friendly and they did good work. They have to many turn overs. One tech started doing my nails and another customer came in and she left me and started working on her. A few minutes later someone else came to finish my nails and she left to go and do eyebrows. Finally someone else came to finish my nails.
