Based on customer feedback, Leo Nail Bar is known for services such as single-color gel manicures, mani-pedis, and longer acrylic nail sets. Guests have specifically praised the lasting wear of gel manicures, with one reviewer noting minimal chipping and no lifting after two weeks of heavy use. Others highlight technicians by name, including Tino and Lena, for careful work and dependable results. Reviews also mention reasonable pricing compared with some other Los Angeles nail salons, which can matter for clients trying to balance quality, convenience, and budget in DTLA.

The atmosphere described by customers points to a clean, practical salon experience with modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and Apple Pay. At the same time, reviews suggest that experiences can vary depending on the technician and the service requested. While many customers describe professional, courteous care and results they were happy with, a few reviews mention discomfort during acrylic work or concerns about how lifting nails were handled. For that reason, people who are particular about shape, length, cuticle care, or acrylic maintenance may want to communicate their preferences clearly during the appointment. This kind of feedback gives a more complete picture and can help new clients decide whether Leo Nail Bar is the right fit for their nail routine.

Overall, Leo Nail Bar offers a centrally located choice for nail services in Los Angeles with strengths in convenience, fair pricing, and positive repeat-client feedback for gel manicures, acrylics, and mani-pedis. I can't seem to find a good nail salon in dtla! Came here cause I live across the street and had an event. A drill bit was used super harshly when thinning out my acrylics and I could feel pain in my natural nail bed that it had me flinching and has made my fingers swollen. Kept using the nail filer on my skin which hurt too. My cuticles were never cut or cleaned so doesn't look very neat. Overall, my nail design is super messy and didn't coat the nail completely and looks chipped. Very disappointed with this salon. I was charged $100 and tipped $25. Update: Got a message to fix my nails or get a refund. I called the salon before dropping by and was told no one is a manager when asking for a manager name and to call back later. Very confused with how this salon runs. Definitely think twice before coming in to get your nails done!

I loved this place! Only $32 for a single-color gel manicure. It’s been about two weeks (during which I was at an event opening boxes, etc., so pretty hard on my nails) with minimal chipping and no lifting. My manicurist was also so sweet, and the place was very clean. Highly recommend Leo!

Had a pretty bad experience here, one lady wouldn’t listen to me when I said my nail was lifting as she was doing my nails and wouldn’t fix the issue until finally I started ripping off the nail myself to show her. I left my mug and came back and this same lady was staring at me from the back with a bad look lol. So weird never coming back 🤷🏽‍♀️

Kenny and his wife Lena are the best! I am very particular about my longer acrylic nails and Lena never fails me! They are professional, courteous, on time and provide top notch service. In addition, their prices are reasonable compared to other DTLA nail salons who are overpriced with half the results. I also get great pedicures done here. You will not regret making this your new nail salon!
