My nail beds are so damn sore. They are messed up. I went in for a fill after the First Lady messed up at another shop and I came here for a fix but it went wrong. My nails ripped off (mind you im a SAHW) I went in with healthy nails and now I just cry. I’m so disappointed in the nail community and will never take my money here or elsewhere. Doing nails myself from now on 😓 — I’ve been applying lotion and cuticle oils to help but should have never had to feel this way!!

Unfortunately I used to love coming here but, the previous time I went, she charged my card 5 separate times! I now have to go to my bank to get my money back. Horrible customer service when I called and explained they did scam me. They said “we wouldn’t do that” 😅 don’t go here unless you want your card to get random charges

To be honest everything was going well until the lady took out an overgrown nail that I was aware of but never did i think that she was going to take it out. I mean it's nice that she did but also why does my toe hurt a lot and looks infected? I feel like the tools that were used weren't sanitized for my toe to look infected. And yes I am cleaning it but still. Update : although it was painful at first and thought it would get infected it is now completely healed and doesn't hurt anymore, therefore I'll change my review :) but a heads up is still recommended.

Good I was cut a bit but it’s ok. The pics are one week after they’re still strong. I paid 40 to take off my old acrylics and this set. Update its better to come here if you want a full color set. They don't have the nudish pink almost see through acrylic. Each time I come here I think it's okay, I dont leave loving my nails just ok. I've had other places where I absolutely loved my nails too. I think maybe other places are keeping up with the shape stiletto and almond a bit more also they need more variety of acrylic powders to create those milky or jelly nails.
