Little Finch is a cafe on the 16th Street Mall in Denver, CO, at 1490 16th St Mall, Denver, CO 80202. It brings together the feel of a neighborhood coffee stop, a bakery, and a wine bar in a convenient downtown location. Customer reviews describe a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a comfortable place to pause whether you are starting the day, taking a break between plans, or stopping in with someone who prefers tea to coffee. Little Finch has a 4.3-star rating from 526 reviews, offering local diners and visitors a useful snapshot of other guests’ experiences.

Coffee is part of the appeal, with drinks that range from a quick cup to more distinctive choices. One guest enjoyed a honey lavender iced shaken espresso, while another praised a Cubano for its cinnamon flavor. Tea is also mentioned by customers, so a coffee-free companion can still find something to enjoy. Reviews are mixed on the coffee itself: one visitor found it less impressive, while others describe the cafe as a place they enjoy returning to. That range of feedback gives prospective guests a grounded picture rather than a promise that every drink will suit every taste.

For a light meal or breakfast, customer favorites in the reviews include sandwiches, smoked salmon toast with capers, and lemonade shared at the table. Guests also describe the food as good and the portions as satisfying without being excessive, with one review noting that prices felt reasonable. Sandwich feedback is not entirely uniform: a visitor liked the filling but found the bread too crisp and hard at the edges. The menu is described by one customer as broad, though the available information does not specify every item. This makes Little Finch a practical option for a coffee, a casual bite, or a relaxed breakfast stop.

The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, according to a customer review, and its downtown setting suits people exploring or spending time near 16th Street. Visitors mention stopping in before heading home, between dinner and other plans, or while downtown for a quick coffee. The friendly welcome and laid-back cafe atmosphere also make it a natural choice for meeting a partner or sharing a short break with friends. If you are looking for a cafe in Denver, CO with coffee, tea, breakfast-style food, sandwiches, and a bakery-and-wine-bar feel, Little Finch offers several ways to settle in. Business hours are not listed in the available information, so check current details before making a special trip.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Sweet Gem on 16th Street! I had such a wonderful experience at this charming bakery and coffee shop right on 16th Street! From the moment we walked in, I and my significant other ( who doesn't drink coffee!), we were greeted with warm smiles and such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The team is truly attentive, kind, and happy to help with recommendations. I ordered an iced coffee, a coffee cake, while my man treated himself to another dessert — and wow, everything was absolutely delicious. The iced coffee was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The coffee cake was flavorful, warm, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The extra dessert we tried was equally impressive — beautifully made and clearly crafted with care. One of my favorite parts of the visit was the street seating outside. Sitting out there and enjoying the energy of the very active 16th Street, made the whole experience even better. It’s the perfect spot to relax, people-watch, and soak in the vibrant city vibe while enjoying amazing treats. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with delicious baked goods, great coffee, and genuinely kind staff, this is definitely the place to go.

Stopped by while in downtown for a quick coffee. Overall the visit was ok. Coffee was not that great but the sandwiches were good. Only problem with the sandwiches was the bread (it was too crisp and hard at the edges).

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick break after dinner and before our plans. We really enjoy this coffee shop and wine bar. I got a honey lavender iced shaken espresso and my boyfriend got a Cubano, which had a delicious cinnamon flavor. We didn't get food this time out, but they have an all day breakfast menu, in addition to yummy snacks, like cheesecake, croissants, birthday cake, and a good variety of alcoholic beverages that you don't see everywhere you go. The vibe inside is so chill, relaxing, and fun. We always feel welcomed, and love sitting next to the fireplace.
