Colors bled the first time I washed them. The pants were ankle length on my wife. Once we took them out of the dryer they were mid calf. We always wash everything on delicate settings and dry with low heat. Everything else my wife bought was in the same wash and came out great. It was only the things from this store that got ruined. When I tried taking them back and explaining everything listed above, the store associate basically said there's nothing they could do since we washed them. I wasn't expecting a full refund for the return but anything besides a snappy and dismissive associate would have been nice. Don't ever shop here. There's tons of other places in Katy Mills that are much better value

Last Monday at 4 pm. I went to the katy mills loft store, to return something I bought 34 days ago. The issue is that the policy is no full return after 30 days , but Unfortunatelly I was not in town and those 30 days were due. But the problem is not only that , because I accepted ,even tough I don’t think is fare . all tags were on the garment , it was not worn because , when I left town It stay in the purchase bag. I had also the purchase receipt with the full price that I had paid. The manager told me that I will get the return with the discounted price, I accepted the money I was going to lose, but then the lady said that they only give back the money on a store card, but I had pay it in my credit card,which I asume was were they were going to return what I had left which was $66 dollars. I felt pushed to spend the money again in the store ,but this has never happened to me this way. I think is not fair because the items still had the tickets on and never ever worn. The policy is not fair this way . I live in the woodlands and the company has close several stores ,one is the woodlands , and is going to be dificult to go back to katy. One of my favorite shops for daywear. Practical and good prices in the clearance area or during sales. Sizes are off a bit, so I wear small and sometimes XS for tops, S or M for pants and shorts. M for cardigans to have extra room and comfort. Usually good sales online, too.
