Sign in to reviewI live in San Jose and am up here for work 2-3 times a month. I never noticed this spot as I've been going to the one down the street for a while...but wow I'll be coming back. Some of the BEST pho I've had, broth was so rich and flavourful, wide noodles, and generous portions of meat as pictured.
Highly recommend!! 10/10 for quality of food, service, & ambiance. I got the steak pho, pork chop with fried rice, and spring rolls, and they were all so delicious! All the dishes had balanced flavors that tasted homemade and not overly salty or greasy. The service was also so warm and attentive. The owners actually take the time to chat and get to know you, so it really adds a personal touch and makes the whole place feel welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great Vietnamese food in San Leandro!
An authentic Vietnamese restaurant in downtown San Leandro. Food was flavorful and served hot in pretty good portions. Bo Kho noodle soup was fantastic! Lovely atmosphere too. Plenty of parking spaces right at the side of the resto. Too bad they increased their prices though. Still, would definitely come back!
The best bahn mi I've had in as long as I can remember! I ordered one with tofu and an order of the Buddha rolls, and both were delicious. There were so many different flavors in the bahn mi and the Buddha roll. The bread was fluffy and crispy on the outside without cutting the roof of your mouth. Highly recommend!
Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. My wife ordered their chicken pho and I ordered their grilled pork chop rice plate. The pork chop was grilled nicely and charred just the way I like it. However, a good part of the pork chop was pure fat. The pho was above average. The broth and noodles were nice, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. I would rate the food 3.5 out of 5. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable. An overall positive experience.
