I have been a client since before Christine moved to Fircrest and opened Lotus. I think at this point I have seen every nail tech there, and have had great care. The vibe is normally very relaxing although there is also often a wave a laughter which is also welcoming. I have a number of services done when I am there pedicure, dip powder on my nails often with a design and my brows tinted and waxed. I refer friends, family, co workers and clients with out hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for all the great care. See ya in a few weeks.
I call & come in to get my Pedicure from Nikki, a mature lovely Vietnamese Nail Tech. She is very patient, has good energy. She always does a fantastic job. The other cohorts are friendly & busy. This is a great place to unwind, for your personal services. Thank you!
the nail tech i had was very sweet but did a poor job. she nicked my cuticles twice and let them bleed during the gel application so blood is literally cured into one of them. she at least put something on it at the end to stop it from bleeding further. the application for the rest of the nails is uneven, some are okay, some are pretty bad. i just hope i don’t get an infection. edit: manicure lasted less than a week before chipping
