Mary was very helpful and nice. She gave me advice about what colors I should have for my nails, and gave a great massage throughout the appointment. I would definitely come again!!
To start, Chi Chi is so awesome! So I'm not at all a regular to brow and/or lash services, so I was a little nervous as this was my 1st experience with microshading, but Chi Chi was so sweet, knowledgeable, and comforting with her professionalism. I'd booked a microblading session, but ChiChi recommended microshading instead and educated me on the difference between the two and the reasons microshading would be a better option for me. As a first timer, she explained things in a way that just made me feel assured in her abilities and care for providing what would look best on me and give a natural appearance. ChiChi will not waste your time and you can tell she cares about and enjoys her work of making people feel good about how they look. I noticed when she got a call but didn't take it, which showed that when you are in front of her, you and the job at hand have her undivided attention, and that is an aspect of customer service I greatly apprciate. After she finished, Chi Chi explained set my expectations about final look. Overall this was just a great experience and I've gotten so many compliments in just one day. I will absolutely go back to Ms. ChiChi again with her sweet spirited self!
I always go to Kim to make my whimsical nail design dreams come true. She is so patient and detailed. I still drive from MD to VA just to see her!
10/5 stars if possible- Kim was absolutely the nicest lady and the other ladies there were just as sweet! Visiting the area for the weekend and picked this place on a whim because it was close and had good reviews- hit the jackpot! The Volcano pedicure is soo worth the little bit extra and they make you feel SPOILED! Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten and when I say I’ve had a lot of em, I have. Take my word!
Absolutely amazing! Kim was so very welcoming and made us feel as friends! Did the Volcano Pedicure - worth the extra money and time they spend with you. Here on vacation and picked this place because it was close. This was the best place ever! Very relaxing. Very friendly. Very welcoming. We will be back to this area and we will be coming back!
