I hate to leave a bad review but I would give them 0 stars if I could. He made my sister cry… This is my second time at this establishment & I’ve been disappointed both times… This last time we went, my little sister got gelX nails to which you could see her actual nail underneath (personally not my style nor what she wanted) when she asked the man, Henry, what he could do to fix it, by even offering her own suggestions, he rudely replied “what do you want to do.” He then attempted to fix her nails by painting pink over them to which he was rude the whole time, and literally made her cry. He said it was “her fault” she later just the whole set taken off because of the uneven color and messed up shape. For my nails, while my Gel toes are fine my gel fingernails are uneven. There is a hair stuck in one and bumps on the others. While the women in charge did give a refund for my sisters nails I still paid $118 for services. The atmosphere is cute but the quality is BAD. I will never go here again. I wrote a note in my phone so I can actually remember how bad it is…. The first time I went with my best friend they didn’t cure her gel all the way and it popped and got messed up that night. Even though we went back and got it fixed, her gel polish came off a few days later. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Go literally anywhere else

My first time coming here and the placed looks nice, but service was not the best. Emma did my nails and cut me with the nail file. It doesnt look like much but it hurts really bad. I got a gel X and the french tips are messy, crooked, and overall doesn't look sharp. There were also pieces of lint stuck in the polish. After I paid, i looked at it in the sunlight and saw that the nails have sooo many air bubbles and the surface was bumpy and not smooth. This was frustrating because the service was very slow and i had already been there for over 2 hours! I didn't want to stay any longer but I went back in to have it fixed, and there were still bubbles in the nails. Please see the pics for reference... Will not be going back.

Absolutely loved this nail salon. Emma was amazing at doing my nails and I loved her energy. Reminded me much of back home in LA and I loved the authenticity and especially my manicure. My pedicure was great and relaxing too! The girl upfront (I’m so sorry I am bad with names) was so exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Such great energy !! 🤍 PS: all but two are my real nails so to make my real nails look this fabulous >>>

I visited Luchic Nails Bar on Melrose again today for a manicure, and it was another amazing experience! Nina, who had previously done my gel manicure that lasted an entire month, was absolutely fantastic once again. She’s incredibly skilled, meticulous, and works so quickly while still delivering perfection. I truly appreciate how clean, quiet, and polite she is—it makes the experience so relaxing. A special shoutout to the beautiful girl at the front desk, who was extremely nice and attentive from the moment I walked in. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel instantly welcome. Overall, I’m beyond happy with my visit. The service is consistently top-notch, and the salon atmosphere is always chic and inviting. If you’re looking for impeccable nail care and wonderful customer service, I can’t recommend Luchic Nails Bar enough!

Place looks nice, is clean and they offer you a drink but I got a pedicure which for $28 had to be the most basic one I’ve ever had. About 15 mins and essentially just clipped the nails and that’s it. Go somewhere else along Melrose Ave. I’m sure you can find better and for cheaper!
