Sign in to reviewI neeeever post bad reviews (you can see my reviews on my profile). I was recommended to go here by a friend and I think it's the worst nail experience I've ever had. First it was so crowded inside they were doing manicures in pedicure chairs. Second the girl who did my nails ripped my cuticle off my skin and I bled. I will attach photos of the final product that they tried to get me to leave with. (White nails). I ended up having to pay the price of the nails in order for them to come back the next day so they would fix them. When I came back it was nice of them to get me in but two different people worked on my nails I was asked to move from the pedicure chair half way through my service. And less than 2 weeks later the polish is already coming off my hands (brown nails). Actually insane.
“Service” and skill was amazing. I would 100% go back! Sadly the color that I chose was totally not what I ended up with some how. But they offered for me to come back and change it out. Honestly haven’t experience a place that focused on customer care in a long time.
Amazing nail salon! I just moved to Del Mar from Scottsdale and was dreading having to find a new nail salon that’s actually good. Lulu’s exceeded my expectations!! The salon is amazing, clean and the staff is outstanding. I am very very particular about how my nails are done. I read reviews everywhere and I landed on Jeanne for my nails. She is exceptional at detail and shape. For my pedicure I have gone to Ceci (only works on weekends) and Anna, both gave great pedicures. The owner, Lulu is an absolute delight. A true owner! Attention to detail is in her DNA and it shows from the moment you step into her salon. 10/10 recommend!
AGAIN, and again & again: I've been so impressed with Lulu's nail salon. The owner is exceptionally gracious, sO polite & her warm welcome sets the tone for every visit. I'm always pleased with my nails. They use high-quality materials & know how to achieve all the current trends. Booking an appointment is effortless, and I can quickly get in & out. I do have a favorite technician, of course, but her name is staying my little secret. I've used "subs" when I change my schedule up and everyone has been great, so I never worry if I have to make a last minute appointment.
Careful, attentive service and always a great mani-pedi experience. They pay attention to hygiene and use clean tools and buffing pads and clear plastic liners in the foot tubs. Chairs are comfortable and not too close together. Give Lulu a try next time your nails need some love.
