If I could give Lumen Head Spa 100 stars, I would without hesitation. This was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels calm and welcoming. They greet you with tea, give you a moment to settle in, and even the little details like changing into slippers make it feel so thoughtful and elevated. I booked the luxury package and it was so worth it. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, I genuinely think I fell asleep at one point. The gua sha facial felt amazing, and everything just flowed so smoothly from start to finish. RY was absolutely wonderful. Her touch is perfect, the pressure was exactly right the entire time. She worked on my chest, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face, and it honestly felt like all the stress just melted away. If you’ve never done a head spa before, you have to try this. I can’t recommend this place enough. I already know I’ll be coming back.
Katy was amazing! I found this place on Groupon and it was the only place with availability this weekend. It was so relaxing. They treat you like a goddess. The smells with the oils and shampoos were heavenly. The massage on my arms and hands were amazing. 10/10

Amazing service! The staff is very friendly and respectful towards all their clients. The space is also super relaxing I almost fell asleep during my deluxe package service! I had no idea how much tension I carry in my shoulders, neck, and even face until getting this. I even got goosebumps at times because the relief of tension felt so amazing! I will most certainly be back and am going to try to adjust my budget so I can come experience this once a month 😀.

The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, and I felt refreshed, calm, and completely relaxed after the deluxe treatment. I also really appreciated the warm herbal tea they offered before and after the treatment — such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the amazing service. One small suggestion: the spa looks a bit dark from the outside in the evening, so adding a bit more exterior lighting might help make it more inviting and attract even more customers.
