I’ve been coming to this salon for about 3 years, and overall I’ve always had a pretty good experience. The staff is generally polite and welcoming, and I absolutely LOVE Jenny, the manager. She’s always been sweet, attentive, and great about making sure customers are taken care of and resolving any issues. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen her much lately, and I do feel like the salon has become more chaotic and less organized without her presence. I’ve gone through quite a few nail techs over the years because they’ve either left or no longer work here, but I finally found my keepers: Ana and Sky. Unfortunately, I recently had my first really frustrating experience. I called Monday to schedule an appointment for Friday morning and requested Ana and Jennifer. I was told they weren’t available until 12 PM, so I accepted that. I called back the next day to see if I could come Thursday afternoon instead, and Kat told me I could actually come Friday at 10 AM. I specifically asked if she was sure because I had been told something different the day before, and she assured me it was fine and sent me a confirmation text. When I arrived Friday, I found out Ana was already booked and had no idea my appointment had been changed. Needless to say, I wasn’t able to see her. I want to be clear that this was not Ana’s fault at all. Jennifer still did my nails and her husband did my feet, but the experience felt very rushed and chaotic compared to what I’m used to. I’m actually very simple when it comes to my nails—I just care about my shape and my French tip—and Ana has always taken her time and paid attention to those details. I also had my feet done for the first time in a while, and unfortunately, one of my toenails chipped less than 24 hours later. That was especially disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, so I’m not someone who is quick to leave a bad review. I genuinely like this salon and the people who work here, which is why this experience was so frustrating. The miscommunication, rushing, and lack of organization made me feel like my time wasn’t respected. I really hope management can get things back to the organized, calm, consistent experience I’ve known this salon for. I would hate to have to find a new salon after being a customer for 3 years, but the quality and customer service need to be consistent.
Kelly did an amazing job on my nails! She was super detailed with the shape and made sure the color was exactly how I wanted it. I’m very picky, but she made me feel comfortable and really listened. Definitely going back to her!
Great experience today! If you can don't get the basic package. This guy who has a sleeve massaged my feet/calves for what felt like 10 minutes. The person who did my nails was very detail oriented.
This was my 1st time visiting this shop. I'm really picky about my nails, and although I get a simple pink and white set on fingers and toes, I have been to new places that have done a pretty bad job. Not here! I don't know their names, but I had a male tech do my fill-in and repairs on toes, he did great, female tech did my nails, also great. I will come back for sure!
I typically get SNS but what I’m assuming is the manager told me to try builder gel as it’s “better” for your nails. I told both her and the technician I wash my hands a lot at work, like a shorter, natural style and always get almond. The technician told me my nails were too short for almond (have never heard that as my natural nails were pretty long) and he needed to use the gel forms. I have small hands and small nail beds so…can you see where this is going? The first picture is less than a week after having them done. The second picture is two weeks. Lots one nail and the others continue to chip, peel and lift. Super disappointing.
