Just got my nails done by the amazing Sydney! She is so sweet, fast & did a really gorgeous jelly Gel-X nail set. Highly recommend & will be back 💅✨ The space is also really clean & cute/aesthetic 💕

Absolutely obsessed with my nails! 😍✨ I got builder gel with a custom design and they came out PERFECT. The shape, the detail, the finish—everything is so clean and flawless. You can tell Sydney really takes her time and cares about her work. Not only do they look amazing, but they feel super strong and durable too. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT. Hands down the best nail experience I’ve had.

I'm on the hunt for a new nail tech since the one I loved left the salon he was at, and this is not it, unfortunately. I came for pedicure and SNS. They asked if I wanted regular polish on my toes or gel. I said none and she wrote gel. I repeated, no, no color on my toes. Apparently if they don't understand they go with the more expensive option. I sit down for pedicure and they immediately wrap my fingers in acetone. No chance to relax, just get this done kind of attitude. By the time the acetone was burning my fingers and I asked to take it off, they call the other lady over and she starts to take it off and proceeds to rewrap each nail again with acetone. Well if it hurt 30 seconds ago, it's going to hurt now. I do understand the language barrier is there and I genuinely try but if they won't tell me they don't understand how am I supposed to know? Then I started taking the acetone off myself and she asked if I didn't want my color removed. 🤦 They sent someone else over who was able to remove the color without adding acetone and she asked if I've been here before. I say no and I am sure I won't be back. She couldn't understand why and they both were saying we just didn't understand. Again, language barrier is forgivable but don't pretend you understand. Even before that happened, as I sat in the chair I looked around and worried this was a trafficking salon based on just how many people are working. No that doesn't mean it's trafficking and I'm not accusing anyone, but the entire experience is having me continue in my search for a new nail tech.

Sydney always does an amazing job with my nails. I like to switch up my nails and get various designs/colors. Sydney is always able to recreate the image I show her and my nails always look amazing. I get so many compliments because of her work every single time she does my nails. She is so kind. Book with Sydney and you will not regret it.💕

I’ve been getting my nails done for more than 25 years. I’ve been going to one shop for nearly 5 years and recently have been feeling like I’m just another walk-in, not like a loyal patron. In today’s society, building a relationship with a person or a company is extremely important, because the average person has so many choices. I decided after a bad experience that I would look into my other options. I googled nail salons and decided to try Lush Nail Bar due to their time in business and their reviews. OMGosh I’ve been missing out! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and notified that there was a wait. No big deal, I understood and I took a seat. Not more than 5 minutes later the lead tech asked to see my hands. Upon looking, she sat me down and started the removal process which was very different than what I was accustomed to. Their process kept me from damaging my natural nails which gave me an opportunity to choose a better option for my nails. Instead of having to get new tips, I opted for the dip powder which is better for my nails. Michelle, who was amazing, took over my care and I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful! She was gentle, confident and had a customer centric approach. She asked multiple times if I was satisfied with the process. She didn’t talk back and forth to the other techs, but instead she communicated with me. SO REFRESHING TO FEEL LIKE I WAS A VALUED CLIENT! This location was so clean, uncluttered and inviting further making me feel like I had made the right choice to try someone else! I m elated to tell you that I am going to make this place my new home for my nail care. Company’s don’t seem to care anymore about their reputation or that consumers have choices. As I’ve gotten older, I find that I tend to make decisions based on my perception of several factors; 1)The company’s concern for its customers. 2) The value of the service vs cost 3) My ability to choose between one company or the next. Freedom of choice! 4) The company’s overall track record. I don’t just look at the overall reviews. I look for the reviews that correspond to my interests. 5) The company’s concern and response to each review including their response to reviews that aren’t favorable! Did they take responsibility and encourage the reviewer to seek options that would create a positive review! So important to me! Those are just a few of my deciding factors! Don’t base your decision on one factor! You’ll miss out on a great experience if you do! Lush Nail Bar has exceeded my expectations and I won’t return to the other establishment! Thank you Lush Nail Bar for showing me that my process is valid! Y’all are my new favorite place and I look forward to a long relationship! Don’t forget to ask for Michelle!
