Overall, Lush Nail Studio remains a recognizable Tustin, CA nail salon for people who want a neighborhood beauty stop with flexible hours, repeat local clientele, and a service experience that may depend on the technician and appointment details.

Sign in to reviewThis nail salon is terrible. The employees are extremely rude; they make you feel discriminated against and do a poor job on your nails. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all; they work in a huge rush and make you feel discriminated against simply for not speaking English or for being Latino.
Avoid this place! I went in to get a gel manicure and they UNDERCURED my nails not once but TWICE! Undercured gel polish is dangerous and can lead to lifelong serious allergies. The first time Demi did them my nails looked fine immediately after, but within an hour of me leaving they started to peel and bubble on multiple nails. I immediately called back and they told me to go in and they would fix them. I went in a second time and the she rushed and cut me 2x with the electric nail file. She "fixed" them, I left, but was still skeptical of the quality of the work. It is now the next morning and 2 nails are bubbling and soft again. I am going somewhere else to have them removed as this place cant get it right.
They provided terrible service on Saturday, the 23rd of 2026. They are racist; they only want American customers. When a Hispanic woman comes in to get her nails done, they do attend to her, but if she starts speaking, they tell her to be quiet. They also don't want customers using their cell phones; in fact, they told me to lower the volume on my phone. The owner of the establishment even shushed me to stop me from talking. They made me feel discriminated against because I was the only person they told to be quiet.
I have been seeing Kelly for the last 4 years here and she is by the far the best nail tech I’ve ever had in my life. I found her off of a google review and decided to try her out… best decision ever! I never stopped seeing her. Not only is her nail shop very clean and friendly but everyone who works here does an AMAZING job! Kelly is my favorite because she can do absolutely anything on your nails. she’s the Picasso of nail art!! If you show her any picture, she will recreate it exactly to a T. She’s fast and doesn’t take up your entire day and the best part of all.. the nails LAST! Every-time i see kelly, my nails last me 4-6 weeks without any breaks, chips, or even looking grossly grown out. Her talent and passion for nails is totally underrated because she’s by far the best in all of OC. Her shaping skills are the best i’ve seen and the durability of the nails are just incredible. If you’re looking for a new nail tech or a new spot, i’d 1000% recommend them.
I had my nails done and one snapped after less then 48 hours, went to get it repaired and they tried to charge me $10…I’ve been a long time customer and I always tip well and I’ve noticed that they initially started out doing a great job but the quality has gone down hill. Also look at how the fixed acrylic sits 🤦♀️ also the polish is full of air bubbles and the chrome powder was an extra $25 and I wasn’t warned…
