I always have a wonderful experience here! Lee did my nails in the Bubble Bath color, and they came out looking so natural and beautiful. She is incredibly detail-oriented, takes her time, and always makes sure my nails are perfect. Her customer service is excellent, and she always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. Anna did my French white tip pedicure, and she did an amazing job as well. She was thorough, professional, and made sure everything looked perfect. Both Lee and Anna are talented, friendly, and truly care about their customers. I always leave happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful nails and exceptional service!

I visit Lush Nails for the first time yesterday as a walk in. Very nice place, as I entered I was greeted. No wait I assume since it was a Wednesday. I requested for a gel mani and pedi. So, I was first greeted by I think her name is Anna she was doing my pedi. Then another joined to complete my mani. Anna very nice excellent job!! I want to say the other woman was Tina or Gina I could barely make out what was said due to the mask. Both ladies very nice. I was very happy with my mani and pedi. I had a great first time experience and I will definitely revisit... Thanks again ladies! 💚

I recently stopped in for a pedicure. I used to work in the area and had visited this salon before, so since I was nearby, I decided to give them another try. I already knew they do a good job with pedicures, which was my main reason for returning. The technician who did my pedicure was kind, courteous, and attentive. My only issue with her was that she kept trying to convince me to choose a different polish color. I had a specific color in mind because I know it complements my skin tone, but she continued suggesting another option and even put a dot of both colors on my toe to persuade me. In the end, she went with the color I originally chose, and she did an excellent job applying it. After finishing, she even commented that it actually turned out to be a great choice. The biggest downside to my visit was the behavior of some of the other nail technicians. They were speaking about me in English while talking to their clients, whispering as if I couldn't hear them—even though they were only one chair away. Whether intentional or not, it came across as unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. Pros: - Reasonable prices. - Convenient, low-key location in Ansley Mall Plaza. - My pedicure was done well, and I was happy with the final result. Cons: - Some staff could be more professional. - I didn't appreciate feeling pressured to change my polish color. Overall, this isn't a bad place to get your nails done, especially if you're already in the area. The quality of the work was good, but the overall customer experience didn't leave a strong enough impression for this to become my go-to salon.

I always go to this location and receive great service. Lily did my nails today and I absolutely love them!!
