I can’t say enough good things about Lux Nail Spa! I’ve been coming here for years, and I have truly never had a bad service — not once. The owner So is incredibly professional, kind, and always so accommodating, which sets the tone for the entire place. She will always find a way to schedule you in no matter what. The whole staff is genuinely talented, warm, and welcoming. They specialize in Bio Sculpture Japanese gel, and it shows — the quality is top-tier. They’re efficient and respectful of your time, but never rushed or sloppy. Everything is done with care and precision. They conduct gel remove with such care that your nail is always protected and never damaged. Huge shout-out to Bella, Saori, Anu, Mya, Ji, and Saki — every single one of them is amazing. I honestly love everyone here, and it’s rare to find a salon this consistent, skilled, and kind. If you’re looking for a nail salon you can trust completely, this is it. 💅✨ P.S. I’ve been with Katie for 3 years. She recently moved to this location and I’d follow her anywhere. This new location is brand new, with comfortable chairs and an extensive list of services. I’ve had great pedicures here, with excellent service but Katie is simply the best. She is so creative, she can do anything you can think of. I love to ask her for ideas and come up with something unique. Her nail art is spectacular. This should be your next nail salon.

I am in LA for four days for a wedding and decided last minute that I wanted to get my nails done. After reading some reviews on google I decided to call and they were able to accommodate me within half an hour. I don’t get my nails done very often so I can’t really compare my experience to anywhere else, but I was very satisfied with the service provided. They were very professional, friendly and clean. The foot and hand massage were so relaxing. The only con is they don’t accept Discover, only Visa and MasterCard. Tips are cash only, but they have an ATM inside 👍🏼 Overall I had a great experience! ♥️

Any time an owner trash talks another nail technician just to try to convince me the others are more qualified, when Kei wasn’t available, should have been my sign. The owner is rude, and this is what my gel nails look like after 3 days!. Terrible. When I went in to get it touched up , the owner had the nerve to tell me it’s because my nails grew out? In 3 days? Really?!!!! Never ever again. Kei and Bella are great and should work somewhere else.

I’ve recently started coming here for gel x manicures and gel pedicures. I’m very picky about my nails and Kei does a great job. So far she is the only nail artist I trust here. Call ahead because they are usually booked at least a few days out. The salon is always clean and I’ve never had a problem finding a meter in front. The staff are all polite and everyone wears a mask.
