Demi did an amazing job! I hadn't gotten my nails done in years, and I'd never tried dip nails before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This was a trial run for my wedding next month, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She made the experience so comfortable, and my nails turned out beautiful. I'll definitely be going back to her for my wedding nails! 💕 8/02/26 I went in today for my wedding nails. Kim completely exceeded my expectations!!! She took the extra time to make them look absolutely perfect. And that’s what they are…perfect! I cannot wait for these gorgeous nails to be in my wedding pictures. Thank you Kim!!!

I'm sure quite a few things were lost in translation, but I am very disappointed at the service I received. I had told my nail tech (I didn't catch her name in the hour I was there) that I needed my nails short because I work with my hands. This was the first time I've had my nails done in 6+ years and I didn't know what to expect or what I was looking for, I just had the design. She began to apply glue and plastic false nails to mine after filing/cuticle care. I reiterated my concern for long nails, and I had thought she was telling me the design I wanted couldn't be applied to short nails. Half of my natural nails were ripped before I came in and I figured 'why not?' the whole point was to treat myself, so I agreed to slight nail extensions. Looking back, I think she only insisted on the nail extensions so she could charge me more. She applies the acrylic powder to my nails and shapes them, but gives me square nails when I asked for almond. When I asked she said they were so short she couldn't make them almond. I said 'ok, can you at least file them on the sides so they aren't so pointed?' she agreed, and filed two before moving on to the next step I didn't get the plaid design I had wanted on one of my fingers, she even TOOK A PICTURE OF IT from my phone, and then just decided to skip it? I know I should've spoken up at that point, but I just wanted to leave. She also left tons of the powder under my nails, glue on my knuckles, there are air bubbles on my thumb, and overall none of this is worth 76.50. I still had to go home and file my own nails. She couldn't have known this, but she also smudged my phone case too. I had just decorated a new one at Olive Me studios, and when I placed the box on the table, she GRABBED it to see what it was (emphasis on grabbed because she literally pulled it like it didn't belong there or something before putting it back). It wasn't until I left that I saw what she had done to the glue. I don't get why she grabbed it so aggressively, if she had questions she could have asked.

Walked into Lux Nails with no appointment and they absolutely delivered!! I was excited to learn they offer Hybrid Gel, and it’s the only product I trust for durability (plus it’s low tox & so lightweight). She listened to everything I asked for and helped me pick the perfect nude for my skin tone. My nails turned out even better than I expected! 10/10 recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, professional, and very gentle. LOVE all the modern nails being done here & my own pedi. Also, took wonderful care of our 89 year-old granny! Fixed her splitting and torn nails. Reasonable prices. We do recommend an appointment.

I’ve been coming here for years and I love Tina and Sam. I grow my nails out fast so I don’t like acrylic nails and shellac makes them break once they get long. I have been getting the poly gel or also known as hybrid gel nails which is considered a healthier option because it uses alcohol to shape rather than acetone and it does not file down your nails so much. I love this place and the attention to details is awesome. I usually get creamy colors and here I had done light pink but I also used chrome on my nails after curing. I reccomend getting your nails done at this salon 100%. These are my own nails btw. They grow strong and long although I like keeping them kinda short. You must try HYBRID GEL!!!
