My daughter and I had an excellent experience from Brian. She's graduating and needed a last minute nail gel with custom design she saw on instragram. Brian accomodated and delivered with my daughter's nail request. At a reasonable price mind you. She's very happy with the results. I highly recommend. Enjoy!

I have been coming to this nail shop for About a year the last three times they did my nails. I noticed in the very next day. I called And to let them know that the nails were lifting, they told me to come in so I got them fixed. The third time this happened I told them there’s no way I’m paying $75 plus to have my nails come off the very next day. A man by the name of Ivan who works at station two told me today if I go to a restaurant and eat the whole meal and then complain at the end and say I didn’t like my food it’s not fair to the restaurant. I said how dare you compare the situation on my nails lifting to a meal being eaten at a restaurant. He told me there is other nail shops in Hayward so I should go somewhere else. I said it has nothing to do with me liking or not liking the nail shop is simply I pay for a service and I want my service is rendered properly. I’ve spent enough money in this nail shop to not be treated poorly I was really shocked at the experience that I had. So much, so I asked Tim the receptionist to delete my contact info out of the system and I will never return again. There’s so many good options to go to when it comes to nail shop. Don’t waste your time here if you are looking for a Nail shop to call home. This is Ivan below

Lux nails & spa is my go to !!! I’ve never left that nail salon unsatisfied!! I added some of my favorite sets Ivan’s done ! Definitely recommend him for nails and Lynn for pedicures !! She’s amazing as well ! A very welcoming staff. I love it here!!

July 2022: updated to 5 stars! Rose did an amazing job removing old gel and completing a gel manicure in 45 minutes. She was gently in removing my cuticles and always asked between steps if I was satisfied. This set was $40+tip. You get 5% off if you pay with cash! March 2022: I got a gel manicure for $35 plus a shimmery topper for $5. They are offering 20% off at the moment since they opened recently. They offer chop shop prices in a very luxurious setting. I asked for a nude and black ombre but my tech tried and failed at it, and the other techs didn't seem to know how to do an ombre either. She nicked my flesh when trimming my cuticles and I bled quite a bit so I hope she is more careful with future guests. I have left over gel on my skin that will flake away in the shower, so you really are getting what you paid for. She was pretty quick and finished in about an hour. I think I'll come back and try with a different tech.

Found this place by luck. Called Friday afternoon for an appointment, got one for Saturday at 9:30am. I showed up 15 min early, expected to wait, but the door was already open. The place is very clean and set-up nicely. There were already 3 staff members there and more came in as my nails were started. The place got busy quickly. When I left 30 minutes later there were 4 pedicures in process, another fill in process, 3 ladies signing in, and the phone ringing. Had my nails done by Bryan. I don't have anything fancy done. Needed an acrylic fill with basic color. He cut them short like I asked and was quick. My nails are uniform and not thick. I'm very pleased and look forward to my next appointment.
