Sign in to reviewI believe this place is under new management but I initially got a full set here and scheduled an appointment to have a fill done. The appointment wasn't kept by the salon so I ended up going somewhere else to get a fill at which point I decided I wouldn't go back to this salon. When it was time for a new fill my "new" salon was closed and I needed to get my nails done for my graduation. I ended up having to go back to Luxury Salon for a fill and though Tom was very nice, I had to go back two days in a row because two different nails broke. They fixed the first one but when I went back in for the second one it was my graduation day and I didn't have time for the lack of customer service. I already had to drive there two days in a row and waited 30 min to be helped even when getting there at opening time. When I asked them to repaint/use chrome powder they didn't want and were questioning me as to why I went back there to get my nails fixed if I only had the fill done there. Come to realize I had gotten the full set at Luxury Salon. The lady that was helping me said she couldn't repaint them because I didn't pay for my nails to be painted and only a fill. She said she wasn't in charge and I said who is, she said she wasn't there so I asked if she could call her. At that point the manager finally approved her to paint my nails but when the manager got to the salon she questioned me again. To top it off, they were rude to another customer because they didn't recognize her, poor customer service and apparently nail work as well. The repaired nails weren't even shaped the same as my other nails and I kept telling the tech but she was like "I still need to file." 🤦🏽♀️ (See index and pinky nail in photos)
Susan did a wonderful job with my nails. She was very nice and made sure to be careful with my nails. I had them done a week ago and they still look great.
I absolutely love getting my nails done here they always do a great job... Update 10/24/19 Unfortunately last month i got a manicure(which i don't typically get) and i got warts from the cuticle cutter probably not being sanitized. Make sure they get a NEW set!
Finally a place that did a excellent job! Go see Nancy, she wonderful & she takes her time and didn't hurt my already thin nails not one bit! She did my nails perfectly!
I've been coming here for at least 20+ yrs on and off. I recently went and had a mani and pedi done by Amy. She did a great job! I typically get acrylic on one of my toes and unfortunately, I had an issue with it so I went back to get it fixed, and I'm still as happy with her work. Thank you Amy!
