Luxy Nails & Beauty Winter Park FL

Karolina at the front desk was super sweet and offered me some refreshments on the house. I got an apprentice tech, her name is Taya, however her work is exceptional and went beyond my expectations. I’ve never tried builder gel before and I felt very comfortable here because of how clean the salon was and I could see how passionate Taya was about her work. I went for my birthday and I’m so glad I did. I waited a week to give a review just to see how my nails feel and I’m very happy with the results, will definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing experience. Karolina at the front desk is very sweet and made sure from the moment I walked in that my experience was enjoyable. Anastasia was my tech and she did my nails perfectly. She is so attentive to details and was also so kind. I was struggling to pick out a color (because they have such a vast number) and she was super patient and helped me decide on one. Will be coming back regularly and requesting her.

Service was great!!! I found them on ig and from that moment on they were very communicative and detailed! The salon is very cute and clean. All the techs are nice. Karolina at the front and Julia and Fatima were all so sweet! I will be back. That phrase you get what you pay for is true. And this was worth my time and money. 😘

First time visiting Luxy Nails, and overall I had a positive experience. Karolina at the front desk was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. My nail tech, Taya, was friendly and I initially thought she did a good job with my nails. Unfortunately, when I got home, the gel polish had completely peeled off two nails. While I understand that I booked a student appointment, I still expected the gel polish to last longer than a single day. I appreciate the service and the kindness of the staff, but I was disappointed with the durability of the pedicure and hope this can be improved in the future.

Please do not go this place. I booked a simple manicure and dip removal and these people literally damaged my nails. These people couldn’t even take the dip set off and damaged my nails in the process. They didn’t start off slow with the drill they used the most aggressive drill setting and when I said it hurt they claimed my nails were just damaged. I asked them to use some acetone to soften up they dip they said no it wouldn’t do anything. Eventually they use the acetone and it was literally dry when they put it on my nails with the foil so of course it did nothing. Another girl Fatima came over and she was able to remove the drip just fine with the drip in a lower setting a slower. She was able to remove it just fine. Which goes to show you they were doing wrong in the first place. Also be mindful of that lady Julia she is extremely nasty, and very dismissive. Also they do not give refunds for the work they didn’t even complete. These people are incompetent please save your money. Do not go here or go at your own risk.
