Avoid, avoid, avoid! I got my nails done for a 10 day long trip and the SAME day they started bubbling up and then the bubbles peeled open in the shower. I left the next morning for the trip, so I couldn’t get them fixed in time. I emailed them with pictures the next day, no response. I went back in today to explain what happened, and they offered to repair them but since I got them done for a trip that is now over I didn’t really need them done anymore. I asked for a refund, which of course they do not give. After a lot of back-and-forth, they explained that this is industry standard for nail salons. Whether that is true, or not, I don’t know maybe it is! However, the fact still remains that I paid for my nails to be done and they weren’t done correctly and I wasn’t able to come back to get them fixed before my trip. They couldn’t make an exception for that which is their right, but I will never go back. They said they couldn’t afford to give refunds, and I can’t afford to pay for nails that aren’t done right. Ivy was SUPER rude about it, idk her position. But the manager guy was very nice. But nice didn’t fix it.

I had such an amazing experience at LV Nail Lounge on Congress! Their happy hour specials are honestly the best — a full bar and you even get two cocktails, which made the whole visit feel like such a treat. The service was incredible from start to finish. Wendy made the most delicious drinks, and Ivey and Tina absolutely nailed my manicure and pedicure. They were so detailed, professional, and made me feel completely pampered. If you’re looking for a place to relax, sip on great cocktails, and leave with perfect nails, this is definitely the spot. I’ll 100% be coming back!

Always a wonderful experience at LV Nail Lounge! I come here for my individual lashes, pedis, and nails. This set was done by Amy, she also does individual lashes and the retention is impeccable! I recommend wispy volume so you go longer in between fills. They offer complimentary drinks, my favorite is the Vietnamese coffee ☕️ 😋 call and ask for Amy, she is great!

I had been doing one style for many years the pink and white but then nic and ivy told me about builder gel. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with salons I was hesitant to try something new, I AM GLAD I DID!! nic was amazing and my nails are beautiful they are so smooth so natural im obsessed im so happy I moved back down south and this is my natural nail!!

I got a pedicure and the nail tech cut me and took a piece of skin/meat off my toe using the metal foot rasp. She did not apologize, even when I had to pause the pedicure to put pressure on my toe. She used the liquid styptic when I started bleeding, but it was a different nail tech that saw me and came over. She offered a bandaid for when the pedicure was over. I never complain, but I talked to someone when I checked out and asked if I can get a discount on my pedicure. It's not ok to hurt customers... I got a 10% discount ($7). I wasn't happy about it, but I don't like arguing or causing scenes. I have been a customer since it was Kim's nails and I have overlooked things in the past, but I'm definitely not going back. I will have a scar on my toe to remember them by. I was training for a race and have not been able to go on any runs because it adds pressure to the wound. I hope they are more careful moving forward. Updated review: The first photo was taken on day 7. The second photo was taken on day 14. The third photo is at 5 weeks! I still have a couple of weeks to go. Terrible! I will have a scar.
